Thank you very much! ### 3/5 — When it works it is useful.. *2022-07-26* Far too often I am unable to login. Thus I just have an icon to tap and see if I’m lucky that time. When my lucky stars do align, I haven’t had an issue submitting once I can login. ### 1/5 — Crashes every time *2019-07-24, version 11.0* The app crashes every time I enter my login ID. ### 3/5 — Less than easy *2019-06-06* Every time use my HRA card it makes me attach a receipt. Which itself is annoying. I do this by attaching a screen shot of my emailed receipt. However, when I switch “windows” from the Peak1 app to my email in order to find and then take the screen shot, peak1 says it had some kind of failure and makes me sign in every single time. It’s getting old. Other than that little tid bit it seems to work well. ### 1/5 — Crashes on launch *2019-06-03* When it did work it was confusing to navigate and would never remember login info. Now it crashes on launch. This company and this app are both garbage. Their customer support are rude and clueless, if you can even get them to answer the phone. If I had any other option through my company I would use something else, but I’m forced to use these guys. ### 1/5 — Issue with App *2017-12-13* The request to rate the app always pops up when I launch the app and it keeps on popping up until you can beat it to the punch by hitting the sign on link before it pops up again. Very annoying and has been happening for months! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Debit card never accepted at any retailer *2026-02-17* I am constantly told I can use the issued debit card to pay a copay for appointments or medications. That is incorrect, the only place the debit card is their web shop, no other retailer I have tried to use it at, including my university affiliated doctor’s office, because they are not registered with the IRS as I have been informed by a peak1 customer service supervisor. ### 1/5 — Ease *2025-04-28* You can NOT look up monthly statements. There needs to be a running balance after a series of debits and debts. Says it needs an update and doesn’t let you update correctly. Called and customer service was not able to give me correct guidance to resolve situations. Bad. ### 1/5 — Most recent Update stuck in a loop *2025-03-04* When I open peak one app it says to update, when I select the update it takes me back to App Store but only says open not update and the circle continues ### 1/5 — Update doesn’t register *2025-02-19* The update app pop-up doesn’t ever go away after you’ve updated even after you close the app, reboot your phone and try canceling. It’s always on. Surely your QC team has to know about this. So now I have to figure out how these guys work. Old partners had my hsa account as well but looking like that doesn’t transfer here. Now I have to find out how to access that. Most importantly I can easily snap photos of my EOB's for transactions that require receipts and to submit initial claims, making flex spending more realistic to use. I have been telling all my coworkers they should now sign up for flex spending accounts ### 4/5 — Great app. *2018-05-03, version 6.0.2* Makes submitting records and receipts easy. ### 3/5 — It’s ok *2025-04-01* It has features and you can get paid so the back bone is there… but a lot of this stuff is complex and it’s not easy to find explanations and some edge cases aren’t addressed. I also deleted the app and redownloaded the supposed new version but it still telling me Update available.
