I used this app for my latest big hikes in Spain and impressed with global coverage. Helps me plan out my trips by reading comments and navigate routes while I am hiking. Really appreciate the definition of the maps and the real time elevation gain for the day. Disappointed that I can’t log in or access this information or even log in from my browser anymore either. **Developer response:** Challenges integration is something we’re considering. Unclear why can’t you login from your browser. Contact us at feedback@peakery.com and we can troubleshoot. ### 2/5 — Good and bad *2023-01-08* Excellent tool to utilise for seeking out new summits but the app struggles to log a claim and don’t bother adding pics to it. **Developer response:** We’re working to keep improving this. I love peakbagging and this is one of those apps where you can log your climbs, even add pictures and description to your adventure. You can load your GpX file and peakery automatically recognizes your peaks you climbed, whoch is a cool feature. The app can be slow sometimes, that’s one thing I don’t like about it. There are some features you can only see on the desktop version, so definitely could improve but not bad. **Developer response:** We’ve been working on improving speed over the last year. One major improvement has been moving all peaks offline so there’s no waiting for loading while on map. ### 5/5 — Peakery is THE mountain app you need in your back pocket *2026-07-08* Peakery is an amazing app for tracking mountains you’ve climbed, recording hikes, or discovering new peaks to explore. The interface is clean, easy to use, and makes it fun to keep track of your summits. Some underrated features is the 3D map layer and the ability to import saved tracks for offline navigation. The community aspect especially adds another layer of motivation. At first I thought performance speeds were slow, but over the last months it’s gotten 5X better. Peakery is definitely worth downloading, whether you’re a serious peak bagger or just a casual hiker looking to hit the trail! ### 5/5 — Excellent trail maps, work offline *2025-09-16* While traveling in Montenegro where my usual apps have limited support, this app did a great job of identifying local trails and rendering them with high quality topo maps. Also cached nicely under WiFi and continued to work well in to woods without a signal. I have used the peakery website for several years to plan and log my ascents. Both the peakery app and the peakery website work well together. I enjoyed helping beta test the app a few years ago. ### 5/5 — Almost as good as AllTrails??!!! *2023-12-09* Yes, this app is awesome it needs way more recognition and use around the hiking scene because this app is an amazing way to find your next hike, archive your peaks and everything in between. What could be better would be more accurate gps, but really I have no true complaints **Developer response:** Thanks for the review.
