Peakmate is a calm, private way to stay on top of your asthma - built around the two numbers that matter most: your peak flow (PEF) and your reliever use.

Log a reading in seconds and Peakmate turns it into your personal green / yellow / red zone, based on the personal best you and your doctor choose. See your trend at a glance, keep a one-tap reliever count, and walk into every appointment with a clear, doctor-ready report.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
- Peak flow, with automatic personal-best zones
- Reliever (SABA) use, with a gentle heads-up when weekly use climbs
- Symptoms, triggers, medications and flares
- The Asthma Control Test (ACT) and childhood cACT over time
