WHAT IS PEAKNET?
PeakNet is an Australian NBN service provider. We sell access to the National Broadband Network — physical internet service delivered to your home. The app is the front door for signing up, managing your account, and viewing bills.

BILLING
PeakNet uses Stripe for secure recurring billing of your internet service. Your monthly payment goes directly to PeakNet for the physical NBN service at your address.

This update focuses on reliability and a smoother signup.

• Stay signed in. The app no longer logs you out after an hour — your session now lasts, and unlocks with Face ID or Touch ID if you turn on App Lock.

• Plans you can actually see. The plan list now shows every plan available at your address, in the right order, with current sale pricing and typical evening speeds.

• Simpler signup. Setting up a brand-new connection.

• Live chat is easier to find, now available directly from Settings, and your conversation is kept when you leave the screen and come back.

• Better support for VoiceOver, correct layout on all screen sizes, and a smaller, faster app.
