## What is PeakRoutine?

Your watch tracks everything. It just never tells you what to do about it.

PeakRoutine reads the data already in Apple Health and finds the patterns that matter: which habits are moving your sleep, energy and recovery, and which ones you can stop worrying about.

FIND YOUR ACTUAL LEVER
Most people optimize the wrong number for months. PeakRoutine analyzes up to 25 biomarkers and surfaces the two or three changes with the highest predicted impact for you, right now. Not a generic checklist.

SEE THE CONNECTIONS
Morning light and deep sleep. Training time and next-day HRV. Meal timing and energy. The correlation engine shows the relationships hiding in your own history, with the confidence behind each one.

HAVE PREDIABETES? TURN ON BLOOD SUGAR TRACKING
Switch on Track Prediabetes to log fasting and after-meal glucose, or read it from Apple Health, and keep your HbA1c in one place. See which nights, walks and meals line up with steadier numbers. No sensor to buy.

YOUR BLOOD WORK, IN CONTEXT
Scan a lab report and keep results like A1c, cholesterol and fasting glucose on one timeline, next to the sleep, movement and meals around each visit.

COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA
Ask about sleep, movement, nutrition or blood sugar in one conversation. Your coach answers from your last 90 days of real data, not generic advice.

TRACK WHAT WEARABLES MISS
Daylight exposure is one of the strongest drivers of sleep quality and one of the least tracked. PeakRoutine measures it alongside sleep stages, HRV, steps, mood and nutrition.

A STREAK THAT SURVIVES REAL LIFE
Planned rest days, flex days and recovery days count as wins. Consistency is scored weekly and monthly, so one bad night never sends you back to zero.

NUTRITION WITHOUT THE CHORE
Photograph a meal or describe it in a sentence. Macros are logged for you.

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY WEAR
Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP and anything else that writes to Apple Health. No new hardware.

Free to download, with a 14-day free trial of Pro. Pro unlocks the full correlation engine and unlimited coaching.

PeakRoutine provides wellness insights based on your tracked data and public health guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor about your results and before changing medication.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-30

What's new in PeakRoutine

Subscribe right in the app. You can now upgrade to Pro with Apple In-App Purchase, so your subscription is managed through your Apple ID like any other app. New members get a 14-day free trial, and if you have a promo code you can redeem it directly on the upgrade screen. If you have subscribed before, the app finds your existing subscription automatically. Tap Restore Purchases at any time to bring it back on a new device.

Clearer subscription status. The upgrade screen now shows exactly what you will be charged and when. If a purchase or restore does not go through, you get a plain explanation instead of a spinning wheel. When a plan ends, the app moves you to the free tier cleanly, and any change to your plan takes effect on screen right away.

Your data, your choice. AI-powered coaching and personalized insights now ask for your consent before using your health data, and you can change that choice any time in your profile.

A more accurate dashboard. Today's Progress only shows readings you actually logged or synced. No more placeholder numbers when data is missing. Step and calorie goals default to 10,000 steps and 650 calories until you set your own.

Nutrition and weight improvements. When you are offline, the nutrition log shows your own recent entries rather than sample data. Weight now displays and logs to two decimal places, and if an entry cannot be saved you are told why.

Your weekly plan. "Your Plan" is now "This Week's Moves." Items you complete stay checked, and the plan lasts the full seven days while your correlations refresh daily.

Help us improve. You may occasionally see a quick thumbs up or down on insights, or a short survey. Your feedback shapes what we build next.

Fixes and polish. Fixed a crash when the app launched from a background health sync on iOS 27. Tapping Undo after closing the hydration screen no longer causes problems. Health data now syncs only for the account you are signed in to. The dashboard's three pillar cards are evenly sized, and the level badge on your avatar looks cleaner. Updated the libraries that power charts, camera, barcode scanning, notifications, and Sign in with Apple.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-24

This update fixes a crash that prevented PeakRoutine from opening on iPhones
running the latest version of iOS. If the app closed immediately on launch,
it will now start normally.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-17

Paywall moved to after onboarding (after the Apple Health step), and the Apple 14-day free trial was added.

Pricing on the paywall: the price comes first, then "$7.50/month · Save $17.89 vs monthly", worked out from Apple's live prices ($8.99 monthly, $89.99 yearly). The trial terms are two lines: "14 days free, then $X/year" and "No charge today. Cancel anytime." "Have a promo code?" now fits on screen without scrolling, and the small buttons are at least 44pt tall.

Error messages: when a purchase or restore fails, users now see plain messages ("can't connect", "session expired → Sign in", or a general fallback) instead of raw socket errors.

Restore safety: if the backend can't verify a restored purchase, the paywall now reports RESTORE_UNVERIFIED and offers Retry. Before, it wrongly said "Payment received".
Offer codes: each redemption outcome is now reported separately.

Navigation fixes:
When opened from inside the app, the paywall now goes back to the existing dashboard instead of stacking a second one, which caused a GlobalKey [demo_track_nav] crash.
After signup, the screen history is cleared, so swiping back no longer returns to the OTP screen.

Where the app sends you on launch: that logic moved into resolveLaunchDestination in launch_routing.dart, and login uses the same function. Tests confirm no destination changed.

Demo tour: it was quitting before it appeared (content_not_ready). Badges now load alongside the dashboard, popups and refetches wait until the tour ends, and the wait for the dashboard went from 3s to 8s. When the tour quits, the reason is saved on the device.

Onboarding flag: all three ways off the paywall (purchase, "I've already purchased", "Start for free") now save onboarding as complete and also send it to the backend.

Sleep no longer defaults to 6h and steps to 5000 when there's no data. Those cards now show "--".
The sleep arc is only drawn when there's a real sleep duration.
The step and calorie gauges stop at 100%.
Default goals of 10k steps and 650 cal were kept.
The "Step Goal Reached" celebration no longer fires when there's no step data.
