## What is PeakRoutine?

Your watch tracks everything. It just never tells you what to do about it.

PeakRoutine reads the data already sitting in Apple Health and finds the patterns that matter — which habits are genuinely moving your sleep, recovery and energy, and which ones you can stop worrying about.

FIND YOUR ACTUAL LEVER
Most people optimise the wrong number for months. PeakRoutine analyses up to 25 biomarkers and surfaces the two or three changes with the highest predicted impact for you, right now — not a generic checklist.

SEE THE CONNECTIONS
Morning light and deep sleep. Training time and next-day HRV. Meal timing and energy. The correlation engine shows you the relationships hiding in your own history, with the confidence behind each one.

TRACK WHAT WEARABLES MISS
Daylight exposure is one of the strongest drivers of sleep quality and one of the least tracked. PeakRoutine measures it alongside sleep stages, HRV, steps, mood and nutrition.

SIX AI COACHES
Sleep, fitness, nutrition, recovery, mental health and general health specialists — each answering from your last 90 days of real data, not generic advice.

A STREAK THAT SURVIVES REAL LIFE
Planned rest days, flex days and recovery days count as wins. Consistency is scored weekly and monthly, so one bad night never sends you back to zero.

NUTRITION WITHOUT THE CHORE
Photograph a meal or describe it in a sentence. Macros are logged for you.

WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY WEAR
Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop and anything else that writes to Apple Health. No new hardware.

Free to download. Pro unlocks the full correlation engine and unlimited coaching.

PeakRoutine provides wellness insights based on your tracked data and public health guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-09-17

Paywall moved to after onboarding (after the Apple Health step), and the Apple 14-day free trial was added.

Pricing on the paywall: the price comes first, then "$7.50/month · Save $17.89 vs monthly", worked out from Apple's live prices ($8.99 monthly, $89.99 yearly). The trial terms are two lines: "14 days free, then $X/year" and "No charge today. Cancel anytime." "Have a promo code?" now fits on screen without scrolling, and the small buttons are at least 44pt tall.

Error messages: when a purchase or restore fails, users now see plain messages ("can't connect", "session expired → Sign in", or a general fallback) instead of raw socket errors.

Restore safety: if the backend can't verify a restored purchase, the paywall now reports RESTORE_UNVERIFIED and offers Retry. Before, it wrongly said "Payment received".
Offer codes: each redemption outcome is now reported separately.

Navigation fixes:
When opened from inside the app, the paywall now goes back to the existing dashboard instead of stacking a second one, which caused a GlobalKey [demo_track_nav] crash.
After signup, the screen history is cleared, so swiping back no longer returns to the OTP screen.

Where the app sends you on launch: that logic moved into resolveLaunchDestination in launch_routing.dart, and login uses the same function. Tests confirm no destination changed.

Demo tour: it was quitting before it appeared (content_not_ready). Badges now load alongside the dashboard, popups and refetches wait until the tour ends, and the wait for the dashboard went from 3s to 8s. When the tour quits, the reason is saved on the device.

Onboarding flag: all three ways off the paywall (purchase, "I've already purchased", "Start for free") now save onboarding as complete and also send it to the backend.

Sleep no longer defaults to 6h and steps to 5000 when there's no data. Those cards now show "--".
The sleep arc is only drawn when there's a real sleep duration.
The step and calorie gauges stop at 100%.
Default goals of 10k steps and 650 cal were kept.
The "Step Goal Reached" celebration no longer fires when there's no step data.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-02

The new dashboard — level bar, Today's Focus with Adjust Today, the Physical/Mental/Gut pillars, the day-complete celebration with its points breakdown.

Rewards — 44 badges across categories, 6 identities × 4 stages, My Progress, and near-miss badges surfacing on the dashboard they belong to.

Consistency — the 90-day progress calendar, the qualifying bar, the multiplier and permanent bonuses, and the fact that the ladders are now server-tuned.

Plans & payment — Pro as an App Store purchase, redesigned plan screen, restore purchases / "I've already purchased", continue free
.
Trust — AI personalization consent gate, the Sources screen, the health-score methodology screen, personalized nutrition targets.

Fixes — the eight user-visible ones, written as symptoms rather than internals.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-01

• Fixed a crash that could happen right after subscribing.
• Various fixes across nutrition logging, data sources, and video
  playback.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-03
