Banking is so easy here at WasatchPeaks . The online and the app are both very user friendly. One improvement they should make is to purchase CD’s online.

I use this app frequently and appreciate the ability it gives me to do most of my financial needs without going to the credit union locations.  This is a great help to me because I am not able to get out much because of medical concerns.

I cash probably a half dozen checks a month through the online deposit. They have updated their previous system errors. I only see it now 2-5% because of one type of error or another. It usually fixes itself by end of the day or next. However the app is decent for most types of basic transactions and getting information about your accounts.

Awesome app, I can check my balance and transfer money from accounts anytime 24/7 it makes it nice. The mobile check deposit is pretty nice also, other than not many people write checks anymore but when they do it makes it nice.

The only thing I didn’t not like about this app was the lack of connections on Sunday’s. I could never get into the app in the early morning hours. Other than that, great app.

This mobile banking app is very convenient, and holds its own against other credit union apps, such as America First and Mountain America CU. Very reliable and easy to use, and has a smooth interface which makes it intuitive for those who don’t consider themselves “tech savvy.”

I have had to have my account reactivated twice in the last couple of weeks. Last time I was told I need to login at least once a week to keep my account active. I logged in the very next day and again it said there were no accounts available to display. I don’t think I should have to call and reactivate my accounts every day! Please remedy this situation!

Stupid they don’t give you the option to pay a loan payment on this app. Otherwise ok but useless for paying loans or even looking at my loan. Can’t even see it on my account at all in the app. Should be able to make a payment and see the balance of all my accounts at Wasatch not just checking and savings.

When I try to deposit a check through the App it won’t let me saying so needn’t sign in on the App when I am on the app and signed in😭I live out of state and the sister credit union won’t accept deposits and the ATM won’t accept my deposit so I have no way of depositing money. Makes me account pretty much useless

As a whole the app is very simple, which is fine but I do feel it’s outdated and making a one time payment is not as easy as most apps plus a fee is charged. I’m used to a very smooth process when it comes to making payment on any loan. I have to call or send in mail to make changes to ACH because there is no fee charged for ACH. Which ACH is fine but I usually like making payments early depending on pay dates. I do wish the app was more updated but all in all it’s not terrible.

More than once, I’ve made a transfer that takes a long time to post, or will say it’s been transferred, but doesn’t update the balance in my checking account. I’ve had to have it corrected in a branch. I also would like to see my payoff balances when making a transfer into loans, instead of the minimum payment only.

I'm giving it a 2 star just because it's not completely terrible, but it's not good either. It's not very user friendly, it constantly closes out on me, is very slow, and has a lot of glitches. Kind of scary to think it controls my money, but I always use mobile banking apps because they're very useful. This just needs a good update is all. The bank is great, the app is just not good. Update it please! (I am an iPhone user by the way. It might be different for other phones).

When I try to deposit a check using the app, it tells me I must be logged in to the app to use this feature. I already am logged in to the app.  Would be great to have this fixed as coming into the bank every week during a pandemic is not ideal.

I would give this a 5 star except for the fact that it doesn’t give me the exact payoff for my overdraft. I very seldom use it but when I do I pay the amount and then there is .01 to .03 cents left and I have to do another transaction to pay it off. Very frustrating!

Far better then before ...could use some personal touches such as options to change fonts size of text or back ground colors something to make it easier to read and use and unique to users 

When you change the nickname of account make it so it shows up for bank tellers and loan officers as well instead of trying to match numbers

I love the app I just wish it would show pending deposits and also have the option for when there is a deposit, to get a push notification. Those are two features I’m used to from other institutions but I love Wasatch Peaks and am just wanting that to be a feature to the app at some point.
