## What is PeakSet?

PeakSet is a simple push-up tracker built around one idea: real progress comes from pushing your limit.

Each session is straightforward. Do as many push-ups as you can, enter your reps, rest for 3 minutes, then repeat for 3 total max-effort sets. PeakSet records the session and tracks your progress over time.

This is what makes PeakSet different from doing the same fixed number of push-ups every day. Fixed reps can hide whether you are actually getting stronger. PeakSet helps you test your true maximum, gives you a number to beat and lets you see whether your limit is rising.
