Stay closer to your best with PeakSpan, a wellness coaching app built around functional readiness.

With your permission, PeakSpan reads relevant Apple Health data to calculate PeakSpan Readiness across cardio, sleep, movement, metabolic health, and recovery. If your Apple Health history is still building, start with onboarding answers to calibrate a baseline.

PeakSpan Coach turns your signals into one monthly focus, two lower-overwhelm alternatives, and weekly check-ins. Recovery-aware adjustments support a gentler approach when current signals or reported symptoms call for it.

Use trends and planning to see how your readiness changes over time and act on one clear next step.

Privacy by design: current health analysis happens on your device. PeakSpan requests read-only Apple Health access and does not use health data for advertising or tracking.
