### 2/5 — Weird stuff

*2026-08-29, version 8.18.0*

The app in general is a brilliant idea, and there’s been loads of times where I found helpful advise from other moms, even managed to make a friend. The amount of drama in this app is crazy.. so many posts about drama and sex and abuse.. it used to make me so depressed that’s why I deactivate my account.. every time a came back it was all too much..there should be rules about what anyone can post.. I get it it’s a safe space for people to talk about anything. I just find it extreme

### 2/5 — Don’t like much!

*2026-07-27, version 8.13.0*

No options to select moms with similar age range of kids .

### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2026-07-22, version 8.13.0*

I’m not going to lie if you are a brand-new mum and you have a child under five months. It’s quite easy to find mum friends on here but if you have an older child it’s incredibly hard to find a friend on this app especially because you have to pay to see who’s waving at you so no one responds to their messages. To pay for the way feature is quite frustrating.

### 5/5 — Amazing App!!!

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

Would recommend any women to join Peanut amazing way to meet new friends and to support one another 😁👍🏻

### 5/5 — A safe space for moms

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

The Peanut app is a place for moms to connect over shared interests and experiences but also a safe space to vent with other moms that just “get it”.

### 5/5 — Great for finding your community 💖

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

I downloaded this app because I didn’t have any other mom friends my age as a first time mom, was so easy to connect with so many different moms in my area and make new friends with kids around my baby’s age!

### 5/5 — Love this App!!

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

This app has been great for making new friends, and being able to know that someone is going through the same journey as me, Would highly recommend this app to anyone and everyone💕

### 5/5 — I love this app!

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

I joined in 2021 and I loved it. I stopped using it for a few years and I hopped back on and made 2-3 friends within a month! I love this app, it’s encouraging, the people on there are amazing, and honestly I love this app for making new friends!

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-07-15, version 8.12.0*

Such a great way to get connected with other moms and make mom friends!

### 5/5 — Love it !

*2026-07-14, version 8.12.0*

Before joining peanut, I honestly felt quite isolated. As a mum of four of different stages in childhood, it was hard to find mums with children at all stages if motherhood that understood the journey. Peanut has helped me reconnect with mums, and build a village, a community of mums alike.

### 5/5 — More Than An App- It’s A Community!!

*2026-07-14, version 8.12.0*

Peanut has been such a great app for connecting with other moms. As a mom, it can be hard to make new friends, especially with busy schedules, but Peanut makes it so much easier to find people who truly understand what you're going through. I've enjoyed meeting supportive moms, joining conversations, and feeling like I'm part of a community where I can ask questions, share experiences, and encourage others. If you're looking for genuine connections and a judgment-free space, I definitely recommend giving Peanut a try!

### 5/5 — Mom friends await

*2026-07-14, version 8.12.0*

I’m so happy I found this app. I have made some really awesome friends! We go on stroller walks and talk about all things baby and things that frustrate us pp. It’s so nice to have friends in the same stage of life. It truly is worth it!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-07-13, version 8.12.0*

Met so many lovely mums on this app helped me with motherhood so much and making you feel less alone and meeting others who are in the same boat as you

### 5/5 — Best mom app!!!

*2026-07-13, version 8.12.0*

Loved loved loved finding my village through this app!!! Being a mom is hard enough so finding the other moms who are in the teaches with you is a need!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too much going on

*2026-08-17, version 8.16.0*

There are too many notifications about nothing, ads, you get push and emails for everything. Deep in settings to turn them off. Can't change ANY defaults without paying. Its the most expensive app Ive ever seen. Have not been able to make a single connection. These moms want to text, they don't want to meet up.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-15, version 8.14.0*

Paid for one month subscription and got charged monthly

### 1/5 — Pay to use

*2026-08-05, version 8.14.0*

This app sucks. I got people who waved at me and they’re trying to make me pay a subscription to meet other moms. I might as well go to a free park and meet people there.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-03, version 8.14.0*

Don’t buy plus. Wish I could get a refund. The app is not developed well enough. Needs work on filters and you shouldn’t have to pay to see waves if you wave at someone who hasn’t paid and don’t message them, you’ll never see them again. Bad design. Good idea. Hopefully a new better app will come out.

### 1/5 — Cult app and The PODS is the most evil cut throat place to be on ( don’t download this app

*2026-08-02, version 8.13.0*

This app horrible it’s very disrespectful women on here and women talking about shooting another mother with a gun and speaking death on the mother kids and pregnant women , the women are really negative and one women got jumped after meeting up to have tea and lunch with her children that caused her to be rushed to the ER , it’s been times women set up mom to be raped even while pregnant, it’s also a lot of mom shaming on this app , so many women trauma dumping , a lot of drama he said she said , people talk too much , setting people up and it’s sad this is not good for mental health either this app is not what I’ll recommend it’s very unhealthy and on this app someone threaten my life and she is still harassing me and making threats to kill me—— this app is not safe and I’m so terrified for my life and my children is full of DRAMA AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO CRACK DOWN ON THESE MESSY MOMS ( for your own sanity delete the app or don’t download it I been on this app since 2021) I am saying this a a warning and this app is gonna go down hill it’s sad how much bad energy is here

### 1/5 — Expensive

*2026-08-02, version 8.13.0*

Expensive and didn’t really give me much opportunity in my area, most people were an hour away and I live in a populated area so it was a bummer

### 1/5 — Unsafe advice and app bugs

*2026-07-05, version 8.10.0*

The app generally can be quite entertaining but whoever is in charge seriously needs to pay more attention to the sheer amount of unsafe advice given by other mums. The bullying on there is horrendous and completely unchecked also. On top of that the app regularly doesn’t load posts, will time out or not let you see poll results and it gets extremely annoying after a while. I could deal with that if it weren’t for the amount of unsafe advice they just leave up there.

### 1/5 — Brilliant if you’re pregnant, Horrible when you’re a mum.

*2026-06-12, version 8.8.0*

I joined this when I was pregnant and had so much advice and found it so helpful to know what symptoms and feelings were normal or not.

Then as soon as I became mum, I had a whole different experience of judgey, hateful comments and it made me feel more isolated. This app is for “perfect” mothers and if you say anything different or want any advice then it’s like being ganged up and bullied in school again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

### 1/5 — Cult app and The PODS is the most evil cut throat place to be on ( don’t download this app)

*2026-05-31, version 8.8.0*

This app horrible it’s very disrespectful women on here and women talking about shooting another mother with a gun and speaking death on the mother kids and pregnant women , the women are really negative and one women got jumped after meeting up to have tea and lunch with her children that caused her to be rushed to the ER , it’s been times women set up mom to be raped even while pregnant, it’s also a lot of mom shaming on this app , so many women trauma dumping , a lot of drama he said she said , people talk too much , setting people up and it’s sad this is not good for mental health either this app is not what I’ll recommend it’s very unhealthy and on this app someone threaten my life and she is still harassing me and making threats to kill me—— this app is not safe and I’m so terrified for my life and my children is full of DRAMA AND THE OWNER NEEDS TO CRACK DOWN ON THESE MESSY MOMS ( for your own sanity delete the app or don’t download it I been on this app since 2021)

### 1/5 — Nice idea doesn't work

*2026-05-07, version 8.5.0*

It's a virtual connection, not a real one. Hard to meet in person; people have abandoned their profiles and don't answer. Do you want to feel lonely? This is the app for it. Support zero

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Finding moms

*2026-08-24, version 8.16.0*

I love that I can go to this app and find other moms in my area to hang out or just talk to other moms anywhere. It's nice to not feel so alone doing mom things.

### 5/5 — Your mama bffl could be here

*2026-07-29, version 8.13.0*

What a special community for mamas. I’m so thankful my friend told me about this dating app for mamas. Postpartum is such a delicate time for mamas, this app made such a big difference for me on so many levels. What a world we live in where we can truly have a village, virtual or in person, whatever suits your comfort level. Peanut is awesome for mamas at any stage🫶.

### 5/5 — You’d be nuts not to download

*2026-07-23, version 8.13.0*

Helpful in more ways than you’d imagine. There’s so many different ways to connect with people, it’s not just another plain messaging service, there’s specific groups to join and communities to find and explore. From silly little polls about anything, to delving deep into the terrible twos, to even a little private spicy group! There’s honestly something for everyone, whether you’re helping people or getting help. Your opinion is worth so much more than you think

### 5/5 — Mom’s Tinder♥️

*2026-07-23, version 8.13.0*

A wonderful way to meet local moms and parents. Friendly, helpful, and highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2026-07-20, version 8.13.0*

Great way to connect with other moms! The app is easy to use and I like that it helps me find people in a similar stage of life. I’ve had some good conversations and appreciate having a space where motherhood feels a little less lonely!

### 5/5 — AMAZING FOR POSTPARTUM

*2026-07-16, version 8.12.0*

I found Peanut shortly after giving birth and as someone who didn’t have any mom friends, postpartum felt so isolating. Peanut changed that. I found other moms near me who created such an amazing support system for me and that made me feel less alone. You don’t have to pay for the subscription to be able to meet amazing moms and find new friends!

### 5/5 — Wish I downloaded it sooner!

*2026-07-16, version 8.12.0*

Joined Peanut in April and I’m so glad I did! I’ve met some lovely local mums and mums-to-be, and it’s been amazing making new friends who just get it and can relate to this crazy, exciting new chapter of life. I’ve recommended it to a few friends too, and they’ve all ended up meeting like-minded mums as well. If you’re pregnant or a mum looking to make new friends, I’d 100% recommend giving Peanut a go!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-07-16, version 8.12.0*

I joined peanut only one month ago. When I joined I was struggling feeling low and lonely. In the space of a month I have made so many great connections both online and even progressed to meet ups. This app has helped my mental health immensely. I can use the app for a chat with a new connection, to post about an endless amount of questions. It’s just great and so simple to use!

### 5/5 — Love peanut!

*2026-07-16, version 8.12.0*

I love the peanut app. I’ve made so many new connections both locally and long distance. Makes it easier knowing we’re all on the app to make friends.

### 5/5 — Best mom app out there!

*2026-07-16, version 8.12.0*

I have been using this app since my third trimester and it truly has been the best thing ever. I have made real connection with other moms my age, my baby has been on play dates, public events, I have been able to get answers from women with real hands on experience. I use this app every day it’s where I have found my village 🩷
