This is a small, yet powerful device that does all the basic tasks your gps, internet connected and Bluetooth trackers can do. BUT WAIT, there is more Connect to the PEARL app and you get real time notifications on the where-abouts of our important stuff. Gen 1 Pearl: Within Bluetooth Distance Gen 2 Pearl: Anywhere there is an internet connection, (oh you bet we have made some improvements!) Long Range Waterproof : if your gear can handle getting wet, your Pearl Tag can take it! Motion Sensing: Your Pearl tag can tell you if your toolbox, your fancy lens, or your guitar is currently moving by notifying you through the Pearl App on your phone. Configurable Alerts: Our Pearl App is able to handle a multitude of alert options, and if you can imagine it and can’t find it on our app, let us know! We are always looking to improve our App. Replaceable Battery: We at Pearl believe that the consumer needs a durable product that will last. We gave you the power to change out the battery so your Pearl Tag can continue to Track, Manage and Protect. Temperature Sensing: Our engineers didn’t want to just stop at a great tracking device for stuff, they wanted to give you peace of mind too. So they added a temperature sensor. Set up an Alert on your Pearl App on your mobile device and you can get updates when your tag gets above or below a certain temperature. So if you have equipment that you worry if it will freeze or overheat, we have the solution for you. Keep Together function: With Pearl, you have the option to group items together, for instance, when you leave for a shoot, you need your camera, lens, cases and accessories. Attach a Pearl tag to each item and place a Smart Container in your camera case. Now if you try to leave with one item missing your Pearl App will notify you that you don’t have all your stuff together! PEARL is an activity based personal assistant that provides, organization, list management, notifications, and the location of everyday items. Our products are comprised of an easy to use app, small form factor sensors, and smart containers.PEARL is a cloud based, location aware, IOT platform that helps you keep track of items and groups of items. How do I use PEARL exactly? PEARL can be used to keep track of items that are important to you simply by placing a PEARL Sensor onto anything that you want to keep track of. The PEARL Sensor can inform you (via the free PEARL Mobile App) whenever your object is moving, what it’s temperature is, as well as provide a detailed map view of where it is located exactly. What is the difference between a PEARL Sensor and a PEARL Smart Container? PEARL Sensors are placed onto the objects you want to keep track of and PEARL Smart Containers are used to define an area that you would like to place these objects (such as a Home, Office, Car, Garage, etc). Using the PEARL Mobile App, you can define your Smart Containers and assign any item with a PEARL Sensor on it to that Smart Container. If your item were to be moved from that Smart Container location, you will be notified immediately on the PEARL Mobile App. PEARL Sensors can also notify you when they are in motion or if there temperature reaches a certain level specified by you. What are some examples of what I can do with PEARL? Want to keep track of your briefcase with valuable documents and be notified if it leaves your home or office? Simply place a PEARL Sensor on it and setup a PEARL Smart Container for Home and Work, if your briefcase is not within those 2 locations, you will be notified immediately via the Mobile App. Want to ensure your pet is not overheating if your vehicle?
