It has been down for a week with no customer support. None of the branches would answer the phone and pearl the AI would not answer direct questions about the system being Hacked! No notification of the app update versions and NO 24 hour customer/ Card support! Then when you finally talk with someone they have no access and know nothing on the outage or how long the system will be down for customer use. IT pro’s suggest this is a hacked app and that’s why no information to the customers or no service. It’s very frustrating because there’s supposed to be a 24 hour customer service. Why advertise it if no one’s going to answer. Been trying for days and so far no one has help me.
