This App is Junk! It has been down for a week with no customer support. None of the branches would answer the phone and pearl the AI would not answer direct questions about the system being Hacked! Good Luck!

Would not recommend! No notification of  the app update versions and NO 24 hour customer/ Card support! Then when you finally talk with someone they have no access and know nothing on the outage or how long the system will be down for customer use. IT pro’s suggest this is a hacked app and that’s why no information to the customers or no service. Good Luck!

Y’all need to fix the bugs in this app. I have finally gotten fed up with getting the notification “It looks like there is an issue on our end. It’s not your fault.” Well obviously not. If I could give 0 star rating I would smh. Please fix it!!

Can’t Log in, App keeps saying “ we still can’t verify the information, for assistance please call”. It’s very frustrating because there’s supposed to be a 24 hour customer service. Why advertise it if no one’s going to answer. Been trying for days and so far no one has help me. If I could rate this App a zero star I would.

Trying logging in and the app continues to say I’ve changed my password but I haven’t changed it at all and now I’m locked out.
