Thank You so very much to everyone employed by PRVEPA and PearlComm for your ideas and implementation of Fiber Optic Network!! But, the list of connected devices is useless. The iPhone 16 that I am using for review doesn’t show up on the app as connected. Although, it has in the past. Also, I have a tablet known to be powered off, does show up ad connected. ### 2/5 — PearlComm App *2026-03-26* Love having PearlComm internet, rarely have issues with it. The app, however, lacks in many areas. It does not always show all connected devices, there is no way to hide your internet password from guest that you allow on it and often the devices you have named lose the name and settings you have assigned when the app updates. There is also no way to block devices from getting onto your internet (pausing is useless once they turn off it on their end, they just turn it back on and reconnect)! The app needs an overhaul! ### 2/5 — This app is not very useful. *2025-06-19* I am so happy with the fiber internet itself but not with this app. I cannot find how to pay bills nor any notifications about outage. The app just shows “Disconnected” that made me wonder if I forgot to pay my bill! So I had to call the customer support then found out they are having outage. I had AT&T for 20 years never got the service that I get with Pearl. Com. ### 5/5 — ADVERTISEMENT 😂 *2024-04-28* The only thing that concerns me is that not enough people know about PearlComm Fiber. For something that was expected to take much longer, PearlComm came through much sooner than expected. Fast, friendly, & efficient staff. From the operator to the linemen to the installer. I was able to see the entire process first hand, and I’m quietly impressed. Every part was explained along with a timeline for each phase. I was looking expectedly at 2-3 weeks. Given our new location, I understood. I’m a “glass half empty” so I took it 3 weeks out. We had FIBER in less than a week! The linemen showed up JUST BEFORE A STORM! I was sure I was getting a reschedule when they notified me that they would be early. And simply astonished when the installer did the same, and showed up earlier than his new appointment. Awesome.
