Won’t load!!

This finally loaded this morning 6/29 and started over! Can you reset my previous game?

Help!! This started a couple of days ago. Will not open! And I’ve been playing this game for years! Haven’t missed a day according to your daily puzzle. Millions of coins, tickets. I finished it a long time ago.. I have deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times! Help!!
