## What is Pearly Staff?

Pearly Management is the workbench for government authorities to triage, assign, resolve, and report on citizen issues submitted through Pearly. It brings every report into a single, organised view so ministries and agencies can act quickly, keep citizens informed, and track performance with confidence.
