パスワードやメールアドレスを設定していないのに、既に設定された状態？でアプリにログインできる？とか、全く意味不明。
メールアドレスを変更するためには旧メールアドレス(旧も何も今日アプリを落として何もかも未設定なのに)でログインしてくださいとあり、旧メールアドレスを入れて次へ進むとパスワードの入力画面が出てくる。

いやいや、パスワードは未設定なんだっての。。

何このアプリ。
恐怖しかない。

何故この状態でチケットの購入ができる設定になってるんですか？

詐欺アプリですか？
詐欺会社ですか？

舞台チケット購入で頻繁に使用していますが、以下2点で不便を感じます。

①Webブラウザでイベントのオフィシャルサイトを閲覧し、そこからチケット購入する流れが多いですが、その際ブラウザにてPeatixのページが表示され→「アプリで開く」→アプリが起動した際に同じイベントページに自動移行しない。改めてアプリ上にてイベント名で検索しなければならず面倒。

②イベント名で検索する際、デフォルトのエリア指定が「近く」になっているのか、キーワード入力して一発で目的のイベントを見つけられない。デフォルトを「すべての場所」にしてほしい。

問い合わせの際にも感じましたが、レビューきちんと読んでいただけてますかね。アプリ、OSともに最新です。
こちらの状況伝えたうえで、そちらの回答がWebで提示するか別の端末使えだったのでこれ以上問い合わせしても無駄かと。
アプリバグ解消してください。

1ヶ月ほど前からアプリだと「エラーが発生しました。しばらくお待ちいただき、再度お試しください。」と出てチケットが表示できません。
アプリの再インストールを実施しましたが改善せず。（アプリ・OSともに最新）
Webだとチケット表示はできるのですが受付ボタンがないため、入場時に名前確認が必要となり本来の整番より遅い入場となりました。

問い合わせしましたが、アプリ再インストールやアプリ・OS最新かの確認、別の端末があるならそれを使うか引き続きWebで使用（入場に懸念があるなら事前に主催者に連絡して）といった回答でした。別の端末を持っていないのでアプリの使用は諦めるしかないです…。

また問い合わせの中で「同様の事象の報告は確認されておらず、お客様のご利用環境が関係するものと推察されます。」とあったので、App Storeのレビューに同じような事象の方いると思うのですが…と伺ったら「App Storeのレビューに掲載されている同様の事象に関しましても、先にご案内した内容（ご利用環境の確認）をご案内しております。」と返信が来ました。同様の事象の報告されてなかったのでは？ともやもやしました。

メールアドレスを登録したら、詐欺サイトからメールが多数届くようになりました。
勧誘されてインストールすることは絶対にしないでください。

◾️当方が本アプリをインストールした背景
・数年振り数回目に会う先輩から飲みに誘われた。
・起業関係のセミナーを勧められ、インストールさせられた。

◾️メールアドレス登録後に来た詐欺メール
セミナーの予約にはメールアドレス登録が必要ですが、メールアドレスを登録した後以下の件名のメールが届くようになった。
・口座利用継続に関するご本人様確認のお願い(JAバンク)
・プライム会員の満期通知(プライム)→JALの偽サイトへ
・ANAマイレージクラブ:マイル加算手続きのご案内
・ETCマイレージサービス事務局緊急通知(総ポイント数：10,587ポイント失効予定ポイント数：7,563ポイント残存ポイント数：3,025ポイント)
→同じ内容なら詐欺メール

普段使用するメールアドレスを変更することにしました。

個人的に興味や関心のある、サスティナブル関連の現状や、それについての世の中の対応の傾向、そこから読み取れる傾向など、専門家や、プロの話を聞いたりして、いち消費者であり、会社員として、日々の暮らしの中から自分として何ができるか考えるキッカケになって、他の視聴者の考え方や気持ちも知ることができるので、自分の視野も広げることができ、楽しいです。
無料のオンラインお話会も多いので、自宅で聴講でき便利です。

iPhone14、ios18.5で使用していますが、グループをフォローしたくてフォローボタンを押してもフォローできません。また、グループの名前を入力しても該当のグループが検索できず困っています。グループ名入力後、「すべての場所」にするとやっと該当のグループがでてきます。改善して欲しいです。

peatixを通すせいで参加できないケース多すぎて、毎回主催者メールでリンク直接もらってます。
こんなサービス無理に使うくらいなら、Googleフォームとメールでいいです。このサービス正直に言って酷すぎる。
ログインからブラウザ対応不良、接続不良　クローズドな会は検索しても出ないだと…締め切りすぎると登録できないなどなど…
本当に開発陣はこのアプリテストしてるのか？と思います…

検索性能が悪い
通知からメッセージ等を開く時重い
購入の際の遷移が煩わしい等
色々とUIが低品質なまま大したアプデもなされない
カルチャー系チケットでは覇権アプリかと思うのでもっと頑張って欲しい

申し込む際に、カタカナ姓名のみ、のところにカタカナフルネームが入ってしまって申し込みに遅れてしまいます。サイト版からみても設定も出来ず、アカウント連携を外しても出来ず、

メッセージにリンクがつきません。PCやwebブラウザではリンクがついています。
iPhoneアプリでメッセージを開いたとき特有の不具合のようです。

主催者からの連絡でリンク先にとべない、部分コピーなどもできないので、早急に対応いただきたい。
