It was working great. Today- it won’t load at all, and it’s stuck on the loading screen. None of my tasks are showing. I downloaded the app, answered the question and every time I try to use it. It kicks you out of the up. I’ve deleted the app. Tried downloading it again multiple times updated the software nothing works. I tried contacting customer service, but that’s impossible as well. Maybe you’ll see my message and fix your app. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Can’t even get past subscription screen *2026-01-01, version 1.0.6* After signing up and being asked all the questions, right after it prompts me to make a list, I click the continue button. It shows the subscription screen for half a second then crashes instantly. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and even completing an IOS update on my phone. Nothing worked, it still crashes on the same part. So sad because the concept of this app seemed perfect for my issues. Onboarding took forever requiring a lot of permissions. Didn’t feel comfortable giving so much access, and it was mandatory. So after dozens of questions had to exit. Please work on your UX and privacy concerns. Also the app was painfully slow navigating between a few steps. Wouldn’t recommend downloading the app yet. The swipe feature is what sold me, I swipe right on the task I need to do then I’m instantly in a focus session, and all the apps I usually doomscroll on are blocked. I didn’t expect it to work this well but it’s the only thing that’s currently keeping me consistent. It's crazy I've been looking for an app just like this where I can talk to it in natural language and then it would break up the test for me.
