### 2/5 — Recent update made things worse

*2021-07-03, version 4.2.0*

App has been Awesome up till recent update which makes it blimmen hard to set timers via app. Tiny scroll bars and overrides with current time (not the time you were editing from). Poor UI in my opinion.
Maybe they should ask users what works for them???

### 2/5 — Can’t access all options on the app

*2020-08-28, version 4.0.2*

Can’t change vanes settings. The options are not visible.

### 2/5 — Pretty good, but subscription!???

*2020-01-29, version 3.9*

This app worked okay, but is missing quite a bit of the functionality that is on my remote. This is not good. I tried to work with them a while back, but the buttons are still missing.

On top of having had to purchase their super expensive device, they have the audacity of wanting me to pay a yearly subscription... really?

There are much cheaper options out there. I have purchased BroadLink RM device which is doing the same thing, and much more! I will be stopping my use of this Pebble app and device.

### 1/5 — Can't set on/off times with temps!

*2018-01-25, version 2.35*

I specifically bought the ideal air wifi mini-split controller so that I could set different temperatures for daytime and night time. It allows you to set on/off times for the unit, but doesn't allow you to set a specific temperature for those timers. What a dissapointing app for an otherwise nice piece of technology.

### 1/5 — It does the job but costs more than you think

*2017-07-28, version 2.32*

After a while there's a fee for using this app. Unfortunately if you are reading this it's probably too late since you have likely bought a Pebble wifi heat pump controller. I was not clear about the charge when I bought and it's extremely disappointing.

In response to the manufacturer's response.

Yes you make no secret of it but it does mean that in effect people are not buying this product they are renting it. People need to be clear about that before they buy. It's not as if you can do anything with the hardware when the licence runs out! You really don't care much about your customers. Why not give the option to buy a permanent licence. You could even charge more if you like gouging your customers

### 3/5 — Disappointing not great for the price of Pebble

*2017-07-09, version 2.31*

I bought 2 of the Pebbles for my new home and it was only after purchasing I discovered the app requires a relicense after 3 years. I would have expected a lifetime license based on the cost of the Pebble itself and I am sorry I wont be recommending this app or the Pebble because it does not work online like most apps do. I can’t use the app to turn on/off my 2 heat pumps I can only use it at home daaaa.

### 3/5 — Very handy, but

*2017-06-24, version 2.30*

This a very handy app if you travel a lot as I do. I can turn on the heating at home just before I take last flight, and its warm when I arrive. One probes and nuisance is that the app got gets what it's doing, where it's made settings in the heating then it won't change anything... until you restart the app. After restart it usually gets back in sync with the home heating again. If not, have to quit and restart again after about 10 minute break. This is a concern if you're away from home because you no longer can be certain if the heating is off or on back home. I'd like to use it to turn on the heating from away just to keep the place dry once in a while, but it's too unreliable for that unfortunately... Only use it if you're going to go home and check status of the heating first hand.

### 1/5 — No delonghi control

*2014-12-17, version 1.5*

Doesnt work with delonghi air con systems however looks really good for other people and systems

### 1/5 — Ruined app with upgrade

*2020-06-24, version 4.0*

Ruined a perfectly good app. The new interface has the buttons covering the temp. I have my iPhone 8 with Zoom screen on, this app not functional with with this on. I wrote for help and their fix was for me to turn off zoom!! (affecting my other 150 apps that work fine) A silly comment. Why not say you’ll fix it.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2020-06-19, version 4.0*

New look has out of proportion icons all over the place which I can hardly press. Timer does what it likes and constantly resets to auto mode in the mid 20s. Turns back on 5 mins after turning off. Had to contact tech support just to add another phone to the app. Sort it out.

### 1/5 — Fucking piece of junk

*2020-06-17, version 4.0*

Put the app back the way it was. Have deleted and reinstalled but still this pos doesn’t work.
Would like to get a refund. Don’t buy anything from these clowns, they clearly have no idea how to test an app before release

### 1/5 — No Longer works after update

*2020-06-16, version 4.0*

After V4 update can no longer use app to set timings. Timer screen has no text to show any options

### 1/5 — Update makes it unusable on older iPhone

*2020-06-15, version 4.0*

I have an iPhone 7 and the latest update has made the time functions unusable - user be warned!

### 1/5 — V4 update just made the App unusable! :(

*2020-06-14, version 4.0*

What was a perfectly good UI has now been made unusable on my iPhone SE. The temperature is no longer displayed (it’s apparently behind the new buttons). Just totally broken! What kind of developer does not test their App on all supported screen sizes! Just like my earlier review when there was no App icon on iPad in V3. Basis 101 App developer fail! Revising my review down to 1 Star. Hopefully my paid for App subscription will one day work again when you hopefully fix this?

### 1/5 — New vanes in design does not work

*2020-06-10, version 4.0*

You cannot adjust the vanes setting in new design.

### 1/5 — Average

*2019-11-25, version 3.9*

Not that stable and not that reliable....

### 1/5 — App keeps crashing

*2018-08-04, version 3.0*

After you new update 2days ago, whenever you change the timers once you click DONE the app crashes. This happened with both the AM and PM timers.

### 1/5 — Feeling a bit riped off

*2018-05-25, version 2.53*

Bought the expensive controller and app and was unaware the license ran out so they could extort more money from me just to keep using it so now I have an expensive paperweight it is true extortion at its best and no matter how they want to spin it it is a rip off so if you haven’t bought it yet don’t .

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simply brilliant

*2018-08-23, version 3.0*

Brilliant because it’s so simple
Love the setup process.
I took this product out of the box and and had it configured to my Fujitsu heat pump in a few seconds
The user interface is completely intuitive and makes the Fujitsu remote look completely out of date.
The timer functions are flexible and very quick to configure with the multi day selection.
Excellent having the current room temperature displayed as you can check the temperature from work or away from the house and decide if you should turn on the heater before you get home.
If you have a heat pump you need a pebble and this app

### 5/5 — Fujitsu Nocria

*2014-09-01, version 1.2*

It works well with fujitsu nocria, some time miss the off times at the end of the week.

### 5/5 — Review pebble

*2014-07-13, version 1.0*

This app works great with my toshiba heat pump, great that it works with all new and old models.

### 4/5 — Temp Alerts are good but can be improved

*2019-08-23, version 3.8*

The temperature alerts are great. One thing I believe that could be better is when you toggle the temp scale from Celsius or Fahrenheit that the alert settings also change to match your selected scale.

### 4/5 — Just add Apple Home Kit support

*2018-09-03, version 3.2*

I love this app. It works really well - just wish it had Apple Home Kit support so Siri could help and heatpump activation could be automated when heading home etc

### 4/5 — Works well although the auto on/off is a little confusing

*2018-02-28, version 2.37*

Works well, although the auto schedule is a little confusing but works well. Highly reliable and recommended. There is a small fee after the first couple of years to maintain the server connection between the controller and the remote (works like this = setting on your phone/tablet update a remote server to the settings you would like. The Pebble reads the server very regularly (changes you make happen in seconds) and sends the infrared command to the AirConditioner. We use it in our house for scheduling. Also remotely checks current state and temperature. We have another site that we remotely check to see if it’s been left on accidentally and turn off as required. Also to enable the A/C before we are going there to get it warm on arrival.

### 4/5 — First impression 👍🏼

*2017-12-29, version 2.35*

Started using this app last night with my Ideal Air mini split. Super easy to set up and pair. Feedback and control seems to be spot on.

My biggest complaint (and hopefully it is added to an update) is that I wish there was a push notification for if the room temperature exceeds a certain temp, or falls below a certain temp.

Will update my review as time goes on. Would give 5 stars if there was a push notification option.

### 4/5 — Decent app, some improvements needed

*2017-11-14, version 2.33*

This is a good app, has definitely saved me money on my electric bill running my Fujitsu ductless mini-split. Would be nice to have more of the functionality of the actual Fujitsu remote. It also badly NEEDS IFTTT integration! Please add it!!!

### 4/5 — Aircon control the way it's supposed to be!

*2014-07-20, version 1.1*

Nothing much more to add. Works really well with the companion module, easy to pair and use.

Only issue I have with this version is the power drain the app has when running in the background. Force quit it when you're done and all is forgiven!

Beats the standard remote hands down, and let's not mention you can turn on the aircon from the warmth of your bed!

### 3/5 — Works well... but where is the watch app?

*2018-04-05, version 2.39*

Works very well with our Fujitsu unit.... though can sometimes be a bit glitchy. Would benefit greatly from a simple on/off Apple Watch app as it’s so convenient.

This is a service you pay for, so it’s not unreasonable to expect improvements.
