It won’t bring device up under my device list on phone screen. Also when looking at map north is south and vice versa. App is currently up to date. Plz advise. Using them as luggage trackers, but they haven’t updated in a day and still show as being at the airport where my kids departed from though they are now with them in Salt Lake. App is very bare bones, few options, and trackers are completely useless. Even the Tile we have is working fine and connecting, but the Pebblebee tags won’t. We’re using them through this app rather than Find My - and maybe that’s the issue? I thought these worked via gps and/or lte but now am thinking they only work via the Pebblebee network when signed in that way. So, if there’s no one on that network wherever your bags are, you’re out of luck. Either that or these are all defective. Best! ### 2/5 — Lots of work needed. Not worth the cost. *2024-03-06* Doesn't seem to connect in the home. Other Bluetooth devices don't seem to have an issue connecting to phone, ie headphones for example so it's not a Bluetooth issue. Can't get it to ring from phone or back to phone from device. I've configured one key ring to PeebleBee app and the other to FindMy. I have better results when I track it with FindMy. Unfortunately I can't get it to ring with FindMy even when in the same home. It does show location which is strange that it won't ring. I figure more Apple devices out to help locate it but not for ringing it. I get the prompt " item not reachable, move around" With PB app I get "Device not detected nearby" but I'm not more that 20ft away. Upstairs to downstairs. I've had one shared to me and worked for a while but once I left the area it was no good. Tried the lost but never found the device. I think it works ok with FindMy app to locate it, but you won't be able to locate your phone configured this way. I can eventually have it ring the device from Phone then I can have it find my phone from the device also, but not consistent and seems to lose connection. Great idea but short lasting device life. What good is it if you cant depend on it working when you most need it. ### 1/5 — Not a tracking device! *2023-12-01, version 5.7.3* I do not understand how this device is useful. It does not track. It is only useful if it is attached to a “lost item” that is within the sound range of the buzzer. It is not something you would attach to a TV remote control or add to your key ring as it would add more bulk to the key ring. ???? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — They eventually stop working *2025-09-01* I bought these to track my Dads car (long story, don’t worry about it) and they worked for a few months but one day they just stopped updating the location. Same thing with the one I put in my wallet. After a while they just stop updating. And It’s not the battery either because it still displays how much battery charge is left. Kind regards! ### 5/5 — Good product - ALMOST perfect *2024-01-08* I give it 5 stars because of its recharging capabilities. Also, because it works, MOSTLY. I’ve had times where it disconnects from Bluetooth when I was first using it and it didn’t work. I hope that doesn’t keep happening - or else, ya know, that DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE LOL. But so far, I’ve saved time and money when I misplace my phone, wallet, or keys, and am able to immediately track them now and buzz them. Stuck in the bedsheets, no problem. Wallet slipped in the couch cushions, buzz it, no problem. It works- for the most part. Just have to never lose Bluetooth I think is what it is. So don’t turn any of that off. But yeah, I’m happy with the product and I bought them as gifts as well since they make easy key rings for the keys and then you can double tap the key ring if you lose your phone and it beeps the phone. Though I try, I am not organized, and the device saves me minutes and from frustration every day! Durable, has lasted well over a year with heavy use. Again, thank you for your time leaving us a wonderful review. ### 5/5 — Best finder *2022-10-28* I have tried different finders, and here’s the take-home: louder beep and flashing lights save the day every time. When I used AirTag, the beep is so low-volume that I could hear it slightly in a quiet room and still spend 10 minutes finding my lost item. With Pebblebee, the beep is loud and clear if you are anywhere near, including 2 rooms away. And if it’s dark, flashing LEDs guide the way. The other very important thing is that I can use my Pebblebee finder to find my phone. If I have my wallet or keys, I can find my phone. This is huge, and AirTag can’t do that.
