Thus, I paid a bill for my old residence with my old ID Number. Hence, they said that I owed money with my new ID Number even though I paid it with my old number. I called and spoke to someone who informed me that it takes several months before they acknowledge the payment. Hence, I am getting bills for it and they have threatened me to stop my power. It says the payment went through, but the payment is never processed and paid. Basically fleece the customer ### 5/5 — Best Electric *2026-07-18, version 26.2.0* I love Peco they always find a way to lower my bill and my past bills were forgiven when I joined cap and I pay one fair amount per month and I know many people complain when they use liheap and cap but they usually fail to follow directions which is pay the one rate every month for a year and your back balance of thousands gets forgiven but you can't be late at all or you'll lose the benefit but they still try find a way cast blame and abuse the system so I wanted to leave a nice comment so maybe they'll learn from my experience which is pay it and on time .
