I found it good. There were some formatting issues where it skipped big chunks of text and said the end of a sentence at the beginning of the paragraph. Also the voice would change partway through the text and then change back. Not that bad but the volume altered too. I listen when walking or cycling so sometimes I couldn’t hear. However I found it so useful I could forgive these little nuances. THEN it stopped working. I was told I used up all my minutes, but could buy more! I was perplexed, I’d signed up for unlimited listening. I contacted them to be told their conditions had changed to 1000 mins a month. (33 mins a day!!!!!) They will not honour my contract that I paid for and they will not refund me! A complete scam. To continue listening to books or PDFs on a daily basis you now only have 1000 minutes at normal speed unless you want to top this up with additional costs. This was not shown before I paid my annual fee.
