This is such a fun app. What made me stop to write this wasn’t because I’ve suspected this might be an IL based app (represent) but the interview with Geoffry Gaff. At first I was like “ha! Randomly stating facts they have no proof of and obviously made up? Sounds familiar”. Then the hands. The hands got me. Well done 🤣 But as I said in the beginning. This is a fun app. It’s the exact amount of challenging and doable I look for in a mystery game. It’s well-thought out, interesting, and, most importantly, you don’t have to pay to be able to progress/enjoy it. Easily my favorite app right now. There’s a bit of obvious AI with the photos in the photos apps but overall doesn’t seem super AI heavy. Seems like a game the team takes pride in and it shows. Lots of fun puzzles. I would definitely recommend making an account before playing because I encountered an issue where my game crashed after 4 cases and I had to go through everything over again. Having an account got rid of that issue for me since it saved my progress. It was a nice experience and to be honest if I wrote this review then it would be 5 stars. The real life aspects of it (using your real phone number, real websites (I think),real email to contact and get an extra piece of fun immersion made by a real person (actor). But genuinely returning back to this game all the random ai photos, The random pieces of ai in real photos, The ai in what I’m assuming is now used in the real writing, And lastly the ai used in the security camera bits. I realize time goes on but does that mean a quality drop that frankly could of been avoided by leaving it alone. Maybe that company changed and they didn’t have access to the older content?
