Peekhaus is the home app for people who see what a house could become. Walking through an open house and picturing the wall you'd knock down or the kitchen you'd redo? Peekhaus lets you capture it. Record video and photos of any home — one that's for sale, one that isn't, or your own — and build a Vision Board that turns "what if" into a real plan. HOW IT WORKS Capture the Before. Film a walkthrough and snap photos of the rooms you'd change. Add your Vision. For each idea, upload a concept — a sketch, an edited photo, or an AI-generated look — showing what the space could become. Share the After. Once the work is done, post the real, finished result. Every idea is clearly labeled so people know what's a concept and what's real. BUILT FOR HOME BUYERS Use Peekhaus as your house-hunting sidekick. What's new in this build and where to find it: • Market panel — Open any listing and tap "See This Area's Market" (or open the Market tab). Enter a ZIP such as 92008 and tap "Look up" to see live pricing, neighborhood demographics, mortgage/employment figures, and Walk Score. Market data is aggregated and anonymized (no agent names or contact info shown here). • Ask about this market — Below the stats, type a question (e.g. "How does pricing compare to the county?") and tap "Ask" for an AI answer grounded in the displayed data. • Find Your Agent — Describe your situation to be matched with specialist agents, shown with their Google star rating and buyer track record. "Connect me" submits a request to be contacted; no purchase or payment is involved. • AI redesign — On a listing photo, the redesign tool now correctly handles exterior, kitchen, bath, and outdoor spaces in addition to interior rooms. All market and agent data is provided by third-party sources (RentCast, U.S. Census, FRED, Walk Score, Google) and public records.
