The support called me up a week later to tell me they were going to refund me. I’ve sent them all the details they required. It’s been a week and and they still haven’t refunded me. They haven’t replied to my messages since they called me. It claimed to be a game-changer in the ride sharing scene in the beginning but it was the worst I’ve ever used. I've tried both Amex and Mastercard and both are not getting accepted due to being "invalid". It doesn't seem like the app is actually trying to validate too. First, pangit ng real time location sharing nitong app. You can’t tell where the driver is. Hindi rin gumagana yong share ride btw. Next, every time you do something else sa app, pagbalik mo sa driver mo makikita mo na nandoon na ulit siya sa original location niya. Like, beta release ba ito guys? Oras na para singilin ang binayaran ninyong developers. Also, hindi alam nung mapa ninyo yung mga obvious naman na one-way streets. Very basic na yan sa google maps, waze, grab, etc. Also, waiting-for-driver screen can be improved. Sakit sa mata nung animation, mas okay sana kung mapa na lang where we can see if may nearby drivers na. We need info, not graphics.
