## What is Peers?

You are a young chocolatier with one shop and a dream. Source cocoa, perfect recipes, and build an empire across fifteen cities, from Pittsburgh row houses to Tokyo flagships to a townhouse in Paris with a blue door.

Peers is a tycoon simulation with real stories inside it. Every city hides a season: people to meet, choices that stick, and endings that become short films scored with original music. In Paris you help a student director make his movie and decide how it ends. In New York you rebuild a block that can't be bought, only backed. Some stories are never announced anywhere. You find them, or you hear about them from someone who did.

The business runs deep and the clock is honest. Weeks pass, markets move, rivals undercut you, reputations compound. Open shops, run factories, throw the biggest rave ever, sign wholesale deals, take your company public, buy the buildings your empire works in, and spin the globe to book your next flight.

FEATURES
• Fifteen cities with hand-illustrated maps, from Bermuda's pink sand to Montmartre's stairs
• Story seasons with branching choices, original soundtracks, and films you shape yourself
• A full economy: production, retail, R&D, stocks, IPOs, acquisitions, real estate
• Chocolate raves, festivals, racing leagues, a museum of your own history, a headquarters with its own computer
• Weekly progression across decades; your founder ages with the company
• No ads, no in-app purchases, no data collection

Build the biggest chocolate company on earth, or stay small and know everyone's name. Both are endings. The dynasty is yours to define.

### 2/5 — Good bones

*2026-09-06*

Good start but the hiring buttons don’t work
The invitations and mail freezes the game
Maybe sometime soon it will be polished

**Developer response:** Thanks for the honest read, and for "good bones." That is the first report we have had of the hiring buttons not responding and of invitations or mail freezing the game, so we want to get it in front of us as fast as possible. Could you email peersgame.support@gmail.com with your iPhone model, which city you were in, and roughly what you tapped before it froze? A screenshot of the frozen screen helps more than anything. We ship fixes weekly and this one goes to the top of the list. Thank you for playing Peers.

### 5/5 — Great game to play and pass time

*2026-08-25*

As someone who will just download games and uninstall usually within first week, this is the exception to that. This game draws me back everyday even with a completed story line. Great game and can’t wait to see what you continue to put out in the future as clearly there’s room for more! Highly recommend!!!

### 1/5 — devastating error

*2026-08-20*

i think this game is great. i played it a bunch. my game froze, i restarted the app, and my save was wholly wiped. like i had never played. not angry just disappointed

**Developer response:** Hello there! This is the creator here (Peers is made by one person). A frozen game is one thing, but losing your save is devastating and I'm truly sorry. Could you email me at peersgame.support@gmail.com with your device model and roughly where you were when it froze? Happy to make that one star a five star and help you get hooked back on Peers!

### 5/5 — I never write reviews

*2026-08-19*

Absolutely beautifully written and put together. The stories are heartfelt and the choices you make actually matter. This game is one of the best, if not the best, that I’ve ever played and I play every day. Well done.

### 5/5 — Great Game

*2026-08-08*

Great game im am making my portfolio go up and have a stash of more than 500trillion and the only issue is a bug when i try to go into act 2 of season 1 of Miami. But overall great game

**Developer response:** Hey there! Miami Act 2 isn't a bug, it's a gate. Finish Dani's own story in Miami through to the friendship ending, and she'll start calling you weekly on PeerCall — answer her calls from her pin and the 2.x beats unlock one per week. (She also goes quiet for six weeks after one particular decision. That's the story, not a crash.) And your other wish is already built: the next update adds $10B, $100B, and $1T buttons to the Foundry withdrawal terminal, because you are not the only one sitting on trillions. Solo dev here — reviews like this genuinely keep the game growing. See you on the islands soon.

### 5/5 — NEED MORE

*2026-08-07*

This is arguably the best game I’ve ever played. Very well balanced, story is incredible and captivating. Need more cities, the ability to have children inherit the company, airplane cargo, not just trains, and the ability to buy private jets. I can’t wait to see where this game goes and the adventures that are to be added on. Keep it coming!!

**Developer response:** Thank you, Peers is a solo dev project! Some of your list is closer than you think: keep pushing the Miami story and you'll eventually find a hangar with a jet in it that is very much yours — spec'd, painted, and flown in the stories that follow. And more cities are always coming; the map is at eighteen and it isn't done growing. Keep playing. The adventures are already on the way.

### 5/5 — Genuinely Amazing

*2026-08-05*

I have to give my props when they’re due… I was not expecting much from this game on install but let me tell you it exceed expectations 100 times over. Story, Design, Playability, is all at a 11/10. There are a few things here and there that can be fixed or made easier for an everyday player but i have genuinely no other complaints. i thought i was installing just any old regular business tycoon game but i was very wrong. I’m drawn to the characters and the story’s that come with them to a level i didn’t think was possible. I cannot wait for more updates and new cities to come out. Bravo devs!

**Developer response:** Peers is built by one person — the stories, the cities, the characters you're drawn to mean a lot to us! Your "few things here and there" line matters as well: if you ever feel like naming those things, leave them in another review or reach out at peersgame.support@gmail.com. More updates and new cities are coming!

### 5/5 — Fix bug please

*2026-08-05*

I love this game, just downloaded today and been playing for the past 3 hours straight . But soon as i hit a million on the game , the game started glitching and knocking my company money down and making it hard to produce any chocolate, and hard to keep up with the online orders and wholesale accounts . Please fix

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed report and for the three-hour session. You found a real tuning problem, not a glitch: crossing $1M wakes up the crisis system, and its costs weren't scaled for a company that just got there, so one bad event could drain your cash, which stalls production and then your online orders and wholesale. Fixed for the next update: crisis costs now scale with your company's size. Your save is fine a few good sales weeks rebuild the cash and everything comes back. Peers 3.0 will be the biggest release I have and hopefully it will make the experience a lot better.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-08-01*

Great game, can’t wait for the next update!

### 3/5 — Well done Developer!

*2026-07-30*

Fabulous game

**Developer response:** Hello, thanks for your kind review! Let us know if we can make it a 5 star review instead of a 3 star!

Peers v3.1.3

- CHICAGO is a starting city now. Pick it at creation and the game opens on the Loop.
- CROSSROADS OF AMERICA: eighteen story beats in Chicago, every one a conversation with a choice in it, some on a clock.
- Crimson, Nia and Sal: a best friend on the night shift, a singer who works the museum by day, and the man behind Uncle Sal's deep dish.
- Start in Pittsburgh and Chicago waits for you as a visitor. Start in Chicago and New Grad waits in Pittsburgh.

NEW STORY:
- OLD MONEY, season one: THE INVITATION and THE PIGEONS. A credential arrives on the Foundry screen, and a jet is waiting.

Other major and minor error fixes

### 3.1.2 — 2026-09-01

Peers v3.1.2

- TWO NEW CITIES: Stockholm and Helsinki open once the Foundry has called, with the arctic past both.
- THE NORTH: two intertwined stories on the list, #55 and #56, each with its own film and one long night at the end.
- THE NORTHERN RAILWAY: a second rail map, Copenhagen to Kiruna, ore trains on arctic lanes.
- The machine's new businesses: a data hall in a dead paper mill and a cable landing on the sea ice.
- TRAIN & LOGISTICS CO.: the railway is a full game now — lanes, stations, eight train classes, freight contracts, strikes, snow, and a rival that takes what you leave open.
- GHALIA AZAR: a woman on platform four, #33. Fourteen episodes on the railway's milestones, a short film, and a book of every scene.
- PEERJET: the Fly screen is a gate now — a boarding pass, four cabins, and the flight seen from your window seat.
- THE PEER GLOBE grew clouds, and every city card leads with the place itself.
- VENTURES has its own door on the map menu, with a full-art card for each of the six companies.
- The investment bankers got key-art cards, and IB deals arrive as term sheets you sign.
- OWN THE MARKET: buy 51% of a listed company and its dividend is real, paid quarterly on your stake.
- Fixed: you can no longer buy more shares of a company than exist.
- SIGNATURE PRODUCTS sell by market and by following, and Limited Runs can sell out for a reputation pop.
- WHOLESALE reaches two new tiers: continental and global retail.
- Sports finished its rebuild — playoffs, trophy lifts, jersey money — and GRAND PRIX got its four-rung ladder.
- YEAR IN PEERS: a poster of your year at every rollover, saved to Photos.
- The store's Paris shelf made way for a NORDIC shelf: eight café pieces, one of them with a chess set.
- The Founder Playbook got real pictures from the game and straighter answers.
- Laws moved into the Company tab, and the map menu got simpler.
- Fourteen new achievements, and every update's poster lives in the Compass calendar.

### 3.1.1 — 2026-08-31

Peers v3.1.1

This is a major release!

TRAIN & LOGISTICS CO.
-The railway is a game now.
-Seventeen cities from London to Istanbul on a new hand-drawn map you can open full screen and zoom.
-Lanes follow real corridors and grow out from Zürich; stations upgrade; track goes to the Alpine tunnel.
-Eight classes with speed, seats, tonnes and wear.
-Passengers pay by how full the lane runs; freight is contracts — cocoa and milk in cut what your chocolate costs, chocolate out lifts every market you reach.
-A rival, Alpenbahn, takes what you leave open.
-Four desks to hire.
-Strikes, snow, derailments, the night train reviewed.
-The Private Carriage for the rich of Europe, paid in KiLO, behind a security ladder.
-A Decision Board: tickets, secrecy, who comes first.
-Trains move on the map.

GHALIA AZAR
-A woman on platform four with two coffees and a survey. #33 on the DarkNook.
-Fourteen episodes on the railway's own milestones — the wagon, the letter, the rate, the inspection, Geneva, the freeze, the sleeper, Sofia, Beirut, the clean exit — with the Decision

SIGNATURE PRODUCTS, REMADE
-Every product on the tree now has a form, a chocolate, a cost and a fair price.
-Signatures sell every week under their own line on the balance sheet, pull a halo onto the shop floor, and come from a new creator with plates, swatches, a price dial and a launch.
-The tree itself pays back its R&D.
-Knockoffs leak from real revenue.

YEAR IN PEERS
-At every rollover, a poster of your year — the cash curve, the cities, the milestones, the faces.
-Save it to Photos.
-Every year waits in the gallery.

THE MARKET
-The trillion is a milestone again, not a wall.
-Titles, race wins, new cities, the millionth unit and acquisitions move the share price the week they happen.

ALSO
-Within Reach on the Compass: the three achievements you're closest to.
-Pittsburgh is the only start; New York's opening plays on first arrival. Chicago is next.
-Sell a sports club.
-Owned kitchens and cafés keep their own glyph on the map.
-Nicole's chapter can't skip the question anymore, and if the lake never came she leaves at four years — the road to Kairo stays open, and her card now counts the way her book does and says where the last door is.
-A scene that queued behind something else on screen no longer waits forever; it opens the moment the map is quiet.
-Rail, sports and knockoff money finally reach the weekly recap.
-Discontinue a signature product.

FOURTEEN NEW ACHIEVEMENTS
House Signature, Bestseller, Full Shelf.
Alpine Line, Port to Plant, Every Market, The Night Train.
A Number A Face. A Number of Your Own. The Clean Exit.
And Rail Baron now needs trains on its five lanes.

### 3.1.0 — 2026-08-28

Peers v3.1.0
- FoundryOS: your Foundry file has an operating system. A new tile on the HUD boots the Dossier, the DarkNook, and Cyb3rNetworK, with music of its own.
- KiLO: one ₭ is a billion dollars. Park cash in the wallet, take it out at par. The Perimeter now takes ₭ at a discount and holds the fence harder for every tier paid from the machine.
- Finish the Foundry and your clearance grows. Some of what the machine shows is sealed. That is not a bug.
- Discontinue signature products from the Factory. You asked. Knockoffs of a retired product fold with it.
- The weekly recap shows once, after the papers, never twice. The city music stops when the machine boots.
- Four new achievements: boot the machine, boot it with clearance, move your first billion into the wallet, read the mail.
- Every update's poster now lives in the Compass calendar. What changed, on one screen, whenever you want it.

### 3.0.9 — 2026-08-26

Peers v3.0.9

- The Provenance Shelf: fifteen billion-dollar store pieces from the stories you lived — the Foundry's terminal desk, a Zurich vault door, Katya's field chest, and the Mexico City club under glass.
- Some pieces cannot be bought with money alone — the melted padlock sells only to founders who survived the fire it came from.
- Fixed: a story screen at the compound could trap players with no way to scroll — it scrolls now, on every phone and every text size.
- Fixed: saves wealthy enough to overflow the game's own arithmetic crashed on load — they open again, fortunes intact.
- Fixed: handing the company to Nicole crashed — the option is gone, because her story is not finished.
- Ten new achievements: every film watched, ten million then fifty million followers, ten billion bought and sold, a thousand flights, a hundred replies, a hundred posts, one password, and a hundred million on furniture.
- The Founder Playbook catches up: a new Titans chapter teaches the ladder, the letters, the strikes, and the Perimeter — and the hiring pages now tell the honest numbers.
