I don’t know where I would be without this app. This is behind almost every production/music video/video shoot and photo shoot that I have ever done in my career. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Nearly Three Weeks, Six Support Reps, and I Finally Gave Up *2026-08-10, version 3.13.5* An unbelievably frustrating experience. After nearly three weeks and dealing with at least six different support people, Peerspace still could not manage to get my account and property properly set up. I repeatedly followed their instructions, yet kept getting passed from one person to another, often receiving generic responses that seemed to ignore everything that had already been discussed. Eventually, I just threw in the towel. If it takes nearly three weeks and six support people just to become a host, I can only imagine what dealing with an actual booking or payment problem would be like. I set up with a competitor without these issues. Peerspace made it far too difficult to simply become their customer, and I finally asked them to delete my account and personal information.
