## What is Peg?

Peg is a simple, focused guitar tuner.

Open the app, pluck a string, and you'll know right away whether it's sharp or flat. There's nothing to set up and no string to pick first: Peg works out which string you're playing.

TUNE BY LOOKING, OR BY FEEL
- A big note name and a meter that shows how many cents you're off, from -50 to +50
- Turns green when you're within 5 cents
- A short haptic tap when a string is in tune, so you can keep your eyes on the headstock
- Each tuned string gets a green dot. Get all six and you're done

STANDARD TUNING
Peg tunes to standard tuning: E A D G B E, from the low string to the high one.

LOCK A STRING
Peg finds the string automatically. Tap a string to tune only that one. Tap it again to go back to automatic.

MADE FOR TUNING, NOTHING ELSE
- The screen stays on while you tune
- Works with acoustic and electric guitars through the iPhone microphone
- No ads. No account. No sign-up

YOUR PRIVACY
Peg listens to your guitar only to measure its pitch. Audio is processed on your iPhone. It's never recorded, saved or uploaded, and Peg doesn't collect any data.
