Instead of pay for a ride, you need to let them top up your account. The remained balance after the ride is never paid back, they stick with the rest of the money. You can ride it but you can’t leave it wherever you want, drop off points are only few. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS DO NOT USE *2023-05-04, version 3.0.11* I wish I never downloaded app and put details in. I got charged twice because it wouldn’t allow me to park the stupid scooter; they would have tried to take more if I hadn’t blocked my card. Customer service are useless. I’m currently trying to get them to close my account and delete all my data. I will be getting a refund from my bank and blocking them from trying to take anymore from me. ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-04-04, version 3.0.11* I downloaded this app to rent a scooter for a short trip around town, but it ended up being a frustrating experience from start to finish. First of all, the app itself is clunky and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to figure out how to sign up and create an account, and even then, the app kept crashing when I tried to search for available scooters in my area. When I finally managed to reserve a scooter, I went to the location indicated on the map, but there was no scooter to be found. I tried calling customer support, but the line was busy for a long time and then it disconnected. After waiting for a while, I decided to cancel my reservation and try again another day. But when I went to do so in the app, I found out that the cancellation policy is extremely strict and I would still be charged for the rental even though I never got to ride the scooter! Overall, this app was a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly scooter renting service. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE EL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN *2023-03-13, version 3.0.11* Necesitaba ayuda y después de ignorarme, tardar días en responder y no solucionar nada (quería borrar la información de mi tarjeta antes de desinstalar la app) me cerraron el chat.
