Scam. Beware. I have $9 stuck in their account! ### 1/5 — Refund not received and contact us doesn't work *2026-06-16, version 9.1.0* Tried to organise a refund of unused funds after all our local cafes stopped accepting it. No refund received. Contact us form In the app is broken and email has gone unanswered from may. ### 1/5 — Deposited money I can’t get back. SCAM. *2026-05-12, version 9.1.0* Deposited $155, then found out my vendor doesn’t even accept Pegs anymore. No worries, I’ll just withdraw it — except it’s been two weeks and nothing has come through. Tried emailing support, no reply in over a week. Tried their support page, it just throws an error. There is literally no way to get in touch with these people. Holding onto customer funds with zero support available is not okay. Then the local businesses informed us that Pegs was not paying them as contracted and they could no longer give us the discounts. Don’t use this app. It’s not providing any service anymore. ### 1/5 — Unable to withdraw funds. ? Scam. *2025-06-12, version 9.1.0* I made a few withdrawals. They missed some. I contacted Support team for refunds. It’s been 2 months and I still have not received my money. ### 1/5 — Referral *2025-03-05, version 9.1.0* Couldn’t figure out how to redeem the referral code I got, then the website contact page gave an error 50 something ### 5/5 — Best app in WA *2025-03-02, version 9.1.0* Saved hundreds of dollars already this year. Some of the best deals I’ve seen! Also dined in at half a dozen places I never thought I would! ### 1/5 — Useless and can't quit *2024-12-20, version 9.0.1* I installed this because I was offered a 20% discount on a meal. The 20% discount didn't work and now I can't deactivate my account. Tried contacting Pegs with a deletion request via their website and it threw an error. Poorly coded and unclear why this exists (also unclear what a 'peg' is). Time to retire the app IMO.
