Both lanes blocked. We were stuck on the PEI side of the bridge for a good half hour due to a motorcycle rally crossing the bridge. This is the kind of traffic advisory I would expect to see on an app of this type meant to report traffic to the public. I downloaded the app on June 30th, 2013.
