The coverage and speed were excellent. Couldn’t fault it. Excellent deal. ### 1/5 — Need to speak with ceo of Pelago for the SCAM *2026-03-24* Launching official complaint against Pelago as I am being scammed by Pelago where they listed multipark ticket and gave multipark ticket and when added in theme park website it was just single park ticket They are running scam here which now needs to be unearthed ### 5/5 — EZY ESIM *2026-02-21* The Pelago eSIM installed seamlessly at the airport on arrival in Singapore. In the past I have found some eSIM installations to be super frustrating like you need to be some super alpha coder to navigate a hit or miss process! ### 1/5 — Useless Customer support *2026-02-13* Customer support just provides template answers. Misleading products. *2025-12-28, version 1.11.2* The product title and description is sometimes misleading. The most important things are given only in T&C. Eg, when book some theme park that need reservation, it won’t help you to make the reservation, even they ask you which date you will go. Instead, they give you a prepaid ticket valid for one year to let you book reservation your own. It’s very confusing, and quite misleading because it asked you the date. When reach out to the customer service, they are not going to help you. They use hundreds of words to let you know which part in T&C you were missing, to prove you are quite stupid. Alright, you are SIA group app, you won’t be wrong. It is the user like me that being so stupid not to read all T&C. My bad for sure. So please do not advertise me and stupid users like me to download it. Leave it to the smart users lah :) The reviews and the purchase history of products are widely loading from other apps, like TripAdvisor. Even the product descriptions and pictures. But the purchasing workflow is missing. And I reasonable doubt if they understand what they are selling and have really sold any. So it makes the Pelago app a child-made information portal without any production knowledge. You can see the ambition from SIA to do everything around your travel; however, its staff won’t help. ### 5/5 — HONGKONG DISNEYLAND *2025-12-26, version 1.11.2* VERY EASY & SMOOTH BY PELAGO ### 1/5 — TRASH APP *2025-12-19, version 1.11.2* Tried to redeem the miles on this app and it turns out failed with stupid reason: the promo code is already redeemed. If it cant be used, why put it in the 1st place??? And the worse part is it takes 6 WEEKS to refund my miles! Very stupid ### 4/5 — Poor network *2025-12-14* Pelago was relatively easy to setup with a single click installation on eSIM. However, network quality was terrible in Singapore and India. Very patchy network all across, almost never worked in apartments/houses. App also never shows you the remaining data or the expiry date/time that other apps show.
