Misleading products. *2025-12-28, version 1.11.2* The product title and description is sometimes misleading. The most important things are given only in T&C. Eg, when book some theme park that need reservation, it won’t help you to make the reservation, even they ask you which date you will go. Instead, they give you a prepaid ticket valid for one year to let you book reservation your own. It’s very confusing, and quite misleading because it asked you the date. When reach out to the customer service, they are not going to help you. They use hundreds of words to let you know which part in T&C you were missing, to prove you are quite stupid. Alright, you are SIA group app, you won’t be wrong. It is the user like me that being so stupid not to read all T&C. My bad for sure. So please do not advertise me and stupid users like me to download it. Leave it to the smart users lah :) The reviews and the purchase history of products are widely loading from other apps, like TripAdvisor. Even the product descriptions and pictures. But the purchasing workflow is missing. And I reasonable doubt if they understand what they are selling and have really sold any. So it makes the Pelago app a child-made information portal without any production knowledge. You can see the ambition from SIA to do everything around your travel; however, its staff won’t help. ### 4/5 — Poor network *2025-12-14* Pelago was relatively easy to setup with a single click installation on eSIM. However, network quality was terrible in Singapore and India. Very patchy network all across, almost never worked in apartments/houses. App also never shows you the remaining data or the expiry date/time that other apps show. When reaching out through the support, it just keeps putting me through the AI and there’s absolutely no way to get in contact with a real human. Absolute scam of an app, avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-10-01, version 1.10.1* Bought tickets to Oceanarium 1 month ago. It was closed early the day I went which Pelago did not include in the early closure dates. Till today I'm still waiting for Pelago to confirm that it was closed early so that can give me a refund. Customer service has also stopped replying me for more than a week already. Terrible service, not worth the stress buying tickets through them. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2025-06-14, version 1.9.4* Ok if you don’t have issues but when issues arrive the customer service is bad. 1) I had a vendor cancel on me and after 2.5 months refund is still pending. 2) The system has not booking conflict warning. I made to bookings at the same slot and does not warn. So what’s the point rather use multi platforms instead. No value add 3) When u make a conflict booking and want to cancel it impossible. Unlike klook where most bookings can cancel pelago bookings are generally non refundable 4) Made a conflict booking and in 5 mins of realizing error I reached out to Pelago they took 5 days plus to revert to tell me too bad (I tired 5 times to contact them as well) really slow and people should be allowed 24 hr grace on sincere issues especially when their system does not assist in booking conflict warning. Highly do not recommend as customer service and customer policies are really poor. Klook is many many times better ### 1/5 — So bad *2025-06-10, version 1.9.4* It's impossible to say how many things are wrong with this app the list is too long. I ended up buying a Pelago pass. Although the purchase appears in the app it appears you can't actually use the app to book anything. Instead you have to navigate a labyrinth of links, some that don't work, to find a whole variety of redemptions methods. Those work occasionally. Worst of all if something goes wrong you can try contacting customer service but don't expect a response for a few days. And then it turns out customer service are toothless and they need to contact 'their ticketing agency'. The whole thing is possibly the worst UX I have come across, certainly for the large costs involved in 3 premium passes. Avoid for a stress free vacation. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-06-03, version 1.9.3* Logged in using my KF details, tried to pay using KF co brand credit card but blocked. Everything used in SIA brand linked but nothing works, customer service is a joke, company run by clowns. ### 1/5 — UNREACHABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE *2025-05-29, version 1.9.3* I have an issue with my recent voucher. It was unable to get hold of customer service always offline always unreachable can not be trusted. The inconvenience is not worth the discount i even spent more. I finally got hold of customer service team but no follow up. My issue is UNRESOLVED. I will not recommend pelago at all. Never. If it cant be used, why put it in the 1st place??? And the worse part is it takes 6 WEEKS to refund my miles! Received an email to rebook through submitting Google form. They indicated to update the rebooking status by 10 Oct. but until today, I have not received any update despite I raised tickets and sent messages demanding for update. Very poor service. ### 1/5 — An ticketing company that outsource *2025-10-28, version 1.10.2* Similarly to others, had book a Disney cruise experience and found out many issues. 1. To make changes, cannot do it in Disney cruise app have to contact Pelago then they contact their agent. 2. Disney cruise reservation is done by another company which means more middle men and processing time. 3. Agent only enter one passenger name instead of 4. I am already having issues now let alone during boarding day. 4. Non existence customer service for Pelago. No reply after 1-2 months and multiple chasing. Lesson learnt. Just as buying airplane ticket should go to Singapore Air website, buying Disney cruise should buy from Disney Cruise website direct. You are not the owner of the ticket if you are not the one who purchase it from Disney. Disney only recognise the agent as the owner and will deny any changes or updates to your booking. ### 1/5 — Scam and Poor Customer Service. Avoid them please. *2025-10-24, version 1.10.2* An absolute scam! Their system made a mistake and they refuse to admit nor refund me. When making a booking, there was a calendar to filter to my preferred date. There was no mention whether my date selected was a peak or non-peak date. But the option given to me was non-peak. Logically, anyone would assume that it is valid. It even showed up on my booking confirmation. Yet when the ticket is sent to me, my booking date is not the same as the ticket date. I had to submit multiple tickets and even took an unconventional method to get hold of their Head of Customer Experience to even get a reply from them. Yet, all of them keep telling me to go on the date specified on the ticket not my booked date?!?! No refund. No resolution. They tried to give me 10% voucher to my accout for the next booking out of "goodwill". That does not even cover my loss. The Head of Customer Experince has also since been uncontactble. Highly suggest everyone to avoid booking through Pelago.
