This app has terrible customer service. After my order was cancelled within half an hour of purchase, I tried contacting them for a refund but they haven't responded to any of my calls.

I have placed order for vegetables today 6:00PM in the evening through the app. I have made the order since i have covid Im unable to purchase anything visiting a shop. After 10 minutes I have received a call from Peldano stating that their service has beed closed by 5:30pm and the forgot to take of the service from the app. Worst service ever. What’s the use of this app if it’s of no use when needed.
