Très déçu rien ne marche si on est pas coté du poêle, pour le prix du poêle c’est honteux. J’ai déjà connu des poêles considèré bas de gamme ils sont certes de moins bonne facture mais beaucoup plus pratique et fonctionne bien mieux, là rien est automatique il faut toujours l’allumer ou l’éteindre soi même autant ne pas mettre de wifi et mettre des boutons.

Seit Tagen ist der Ofen von der App nicht mehr erreichbar. 2 maliges App-update, Neustart Ofen Router, 2 mal App Neuinstalliert . Nichts gebracht. Schlechte App!!!! Dafür gibt es auch keinen Stern
Wann wird der Fehler endlich behoben?  
Meldung: Die Heizgerät mit der Mac-Adresse und der PIN existiert nicht 
?????????????
Auch das Update vom 12.02.2026 bringt nichts. Bei der Wircubox leuchten alle 3 Birnchen , aber Meldung von oben erscheint immernoch. 
Entweder wurde Pelletcontroll gehackt, oder der Server funktioniert nicht richtig
04.03.26 bisher nichts passiert und Verbindung mit iPhone nicht möglich. Früher hat es funktioniert. 
Kann man die alte App Version wieder bekommen, wenn schon keine neuen Updates mehr kommen?? Existiert der Kundensupport noch??

Depuis que j’ai changé de Wifi, plus rien ne fonctionne avec l’application. Impossible de me connecter alors que le boitier sur le poêle indique être connecté.
L’application indique le le poêle est inconnu malgré mes multiples tentatives… 
Note : j’ai désinstallé et réinstallé l’application mais ça n’a rien changé !

Nur 2 Sterne aktuell da es für uns immer noch Verbindungsprobleme gibt. Zudem fehlen Label Texte für Buttons etc. nach dem letzten Update in der App.

Ursprüngliche Bewertung 4 Sterne

Die Hauptfunktion, Remote meinen Ofen zu steuern, funktioniert gut und stabil. Darüber bin ich sehr glücklich und nutze daher die App sehr häufig.

Alle Einstellungen, wie Temperatur oder Zeitpläne sind auch einfach zu verwalten.

Den Abzug gibt es hauptsächlich für die Füllstandsanzeige: da kann aber die App vielleicht nichts dafür. Wenn 0% angezeigt werden, ist der Tank bei mir noch zu ca. 25% voll. 

Das UX/UI ist vielleicht nicht das aktuellste, für mich aber intuitiv und ausreichend.

Seit dem aktuellen Update Anfang Februar 2026 sind die Anzeigen/Beschriftungen in der App nicht mehr in Ordnung, Code-Verweise werden angezeigt.

Application à moitié traduite en français, le webserver ultra instable qui des fois n’acquitte pas les ordres et on a un loader infini, il manque le fait de pouvoir réinitialiser à distance le réservoir à Pellet, et de réinitialiser une erreur apparu à distance (type e114). Je sais que vous faite appel à Wircu pour déléguer ce genre de boulot qui n’est pas votre métier, mais faites un effort …. Ah et les réseau 5ghz pas pris en compte ou encore les mots de passe wifi fort pas pris en compte par la configuration via l’app (alors que via la gateway en hotspot ça fonctionne) on est en 2026 quand même. 
J’ai payé un poêle 8800 euros, faites que cela fonctionne
