I'm having problem with the app, I already connected to wifi but the app said not connected and I can't watch the videos: update : I found out that turning off my carplay helped with the connection interference

It’s getting five stars because it works and because it doesn’t require an account to use the app with the dash cam.

If an account becomes mandatory in the future I would rate it lower, but as of April 2026 it’s great.

I’ve had this camera for a couple years now.  I like it a lot. But just recently I started noticing problems in guessing with the app. When I access the camera thru the app it won’t show me the front o rear videos recorded. But if I go directly to the camera, they are there. Don’t know want the issue is. I’m still investigating

Amazing camera until update 1 day ago. Now the camera keeps turning itself on and off. You need to make another update to fix the update!

The interface is extremely difficult on the devices themselves there is one button to navigate the whole thing and you can’t even access settings without being connected to it. And lucky me the WiFi on the cam itself doesn’t work anymore and they have not contacted me back terrible customer service after months and months and Amazon cannot help me either cause the return window closed. I do not recommend this camera there is other better options.
