Проходишь опрос, для тебя составляется тренировка, делаешь её! потом ставишь на поминание на следую тренировку заходишь такой настроенный на тренировку ……а дальше только за деньги …

Сначала вопросы для индивидуального плана, а потом оказывается, что одно занятие из трёх упражнение й на две минуты – единственное, что будет бесплатно

They charged my Apple account for a one year subscription after I canceled before the end of the trial. I actually went through the process of canceling twice. It appears as though they used a “glitch” in the process to not accept the cancelation. I have reached out to the developer and to Apple. They have my whole Apple app account on hold until I pay them $30 for an app that I never used or even opened outside of my attempt to cancel the trial subscription
