## What is PEMAC Assets Mobile (4.2)?

Overview
The PEMAC Assets App gives users access to the main features of the CMMS on mobile – with no requirement to log on at a desktop. All work orders, inspections, and tasks can be completed and logged on the plant floor immediately and data will synch live across all other screens.

The main Benefits are -
• Facilitates any person to log work requests or perform inspections from anywhere
• Real-time updates with accurate information

▪ Encourages completion of data entry by allowing remote entry of tasks done, time spent, downtime, and complete work without having to return to a desk or central console
• Spare part management, Issuing and receipting Spares to the Job, returning unused parts to the Storeroom, and the use of any non-stock items.
• Calibration Test Results, Ability to record the results of the Calibration Tests for Calibration Assets and Reference Instruments.

• Complete Work Order / Work History “Jobs” including Tasks and Spare parts used when performing the work
3. Meter Readings
• Enter meter readings that could trigger Routine Maintenance jobs

• Log work requests and upload photos to explain the issue
• Shows Warning if active Work Requests for an Asset exist already
5. Work Requests
• View the list of logged Work Requests
6. Histories
• Approve completed Work Histories
• View List of Work Histories and ability to filter results
7. Direct Histories
• Log a Direct History, describing the Job, the cause of it, and the Action Taken to resolve it
• Add and complete the tasks to perform the work
• Spare Part Management: Issue, Reserve, and Return to Store the parts involved as well as any Non-Stock Items
• Attachment of photos and documents
8. Transactions
• Issue and Receipt of Spare Parts
9. Forms
• Forms can be created
• Forms can be linked to Work Orders or be standalone
• Editing and Accept/Reject functionality
• Child Forms linked to Parent Forms can be viewed and edited

• View the list of Contractor Visit Requests
