Useless! ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2024-07-19, version 107.17* For some reason it appears I am under St David’s centre. I didn’t know there was a centre there and have certainly never signed up to go there. I want Fishguard but can’t get it on the app. ### 1/5 — Awful… *2023-11-05, version 106.59* This is a terrible app when trying to book for your family, if you want to book for more than just yourself it’s awkward and confusing. It’s not user friendly and ultimately I end up contacting the centre directly. I feel I’m reasonable tech savvy god alive knows how those who are not fair with this. Why did something that’s not broken? ### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work *2021-05-04, version 4.94* To all those who can’t the app into English, if you go into the three little lines at the top to choose you r leisure centre, scroll down and options are in English....ie don’t choose ‘Canolfan Hammden Hwlfordd if you want English, further down the drop down list it will say ‘Haverfordwest Leisure Centre’! Choose that, then it’s in English. Having said that, I still can’t book on it as the payment part just goes straight to timed out as soon as I hit book and pay. Ended up booking on the phone x 3. ### 1/5 — Pembs leisure *2021-02-04, version 4.76* App doesn’t have the capacity to be in English Hard as all in Welsh 😥 ### 1/5 — Cancelled bookings on the app don’t show on leisure centre system. *2019-08-12, version 3.51* I recently made a booking for a class that was happening a week ahead. I realised that I had plans so cancelled it a few minutes later. All looked fine but when I tried to book a class a week later it told me that I didn’t have a valid membership. When I contacted the leisure centre they told me that my account had been locked because I had missed a class and had a fine for not turning up. This was the class I had cancelled on the app. I don’t trust it now and the staff in the leisure centre took a lot of convincing before cancelling my fine. As customers we should be made aware if the app doesn’t work properly and your system is not going to update properly. My wife had the identical problem the week before as well. Hope that helps everyone! Easy to use and very clear ### 5/5 — Good but it’s in Welsh for me for some reason *2019-06-28, version 3.51* The app seems really user friendly except it’s automatically downloaded the Welsh version instead of English and I can’t seem to switch it. I can understand most of it but there’s definitely plenty of terms that I don’t know. Not sure how this happened and I would like to be able to change between the two ideally. Is there a way of doing this? Can’t find an option to turn to English. I’ve just been clicking random things to get somewhere. ### 3/5 — Not the easiest to use *2024-01-03, version 107.17* Still trying to figure out how this app works. Adding ‘clubs’ (why are they called clubs instead of ‘facilities’ or other term that would make more sense I don’t know) is a pain, whenever you add one you’re back to the home page and have to navigate back through to add another one. Also, not sure how to find information about each site either. The number of times I’ve been directed to the ‘extravaganza’ planned for the 6th January I barely want to guess at. Definitely one of the less user-friendly apps out there for information. The booking system seems clear enough but no explanation regarding the 15-minute gym slots. Surely you’re not expected to pay over £5 for just 15 minutes of gym use?? And what if your workout routine takes you longer? In previous places my workouts would take between 1.5-2 hours. How long do you get for your money isn’t clear at all. ### 2/5 — Welsh *2023-09-01, version 106.59* App home page and log in pages only in Welsh! After you’ve worked out how log in there is an option to switch to English. The health referral class is only bookable at the full price, so looks like I’ll just have to turn up and hope there’s space.
