Penalty Shoot-out simulator is an instructional app that demonstrates using the Rule-of-Six to determine if a team has an insurmountable lead during the first five rounds of a soccer Penalty Shoot-out. The user can set up a simulated shoot-out, setting the number of eligible players, the names and colors of the teams, then enter results of each team's turns one-by-one.
