## What is PenCheck?

PenCheck is a room status monitoring system for hotel operations teams including Housekeeping, Technology, Engineering, Front Desk, and Management.

Room monitoring
  - View current status of room control panels, remotes, bedside panels, phones, temperatures, lighting, TVs, valet boxes, and sensors across all rooms and floors
  - Green indicators show functioning equipment, red indicators show issues requiring attention

Department-specific information
  - Housekeeping staff can see Do Not Disturb status, Make Up Room requests, and valet box service requests
  - Technology teams can identify offline devices and connectivity issues
  - Front Desk can verify room readiness status
  - Management can view property-wide system performance

Filtering and navigation
  - Filter display by specific device types or equipment categories
  - Navigate from hotel overview to individual room details
  - Save frequently accessed floors for quick reference

Data synchronization
