But recently I have too pay a lot attention because I found I keep loosing data, it just disappear if I don't see the whole text on all devices. I questioned it's AI and I have put an # in front of the word I wanted to tag, I rebooted the device, I checked Notes and tags could be created, I checked for the latest OS and I am current. Hopefully this will be corrected in future. BTW, it works great on my iPhone. I even bought them a cup of tea. lol Got the latest update and now I can create tags on my iPad. It’s free without advertisement. It’s useful. The function is just right and enough as a personal journal note. The appearance is cute and simple. Everything is just right. But the issue is that it’s not syncing well between my iPhone and iPad. This is fatally flawed. Seems quite intuitive to use and I also like the flexibility and range of functionality it provides. A few suggestions: 1) When I cross off a task on a recurring todo list, the completed task automatically moves down to the bottom of the list - which is fine for the day. However it seems that those items stay at the bottom even on the next day. Ideally id like to keep the order of the tasks fixed -or, it could also work if it were easier to move tasks up and down more freely instead of having to move them one by one, one row at a time. 2) When adding photos to a note, there seems to be glitches sometimes?- when I add another photo it sometimes would replace the photo already in the note with the new one. 3) It would be helpful if I’d be able to select multiple categories from the (to-do, journal, note) filters at the bottom instead of only being able to select one. I always had the icloud sync on. But recently the app got deleted accidentally and it could only recover / synced from icloud partially - only a subset of journal prior to 2023. Once this has been fixed, it’ll be perfect again ❤️ ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Beautiful app, poor support and weak reliability *2026-04-04, version 8.2.1* I want to say this first: there is simply too little information available about this app. There is almost no proper documentation or user manual, so when something breaks or a feature fails to appear, users are left guessing. The app also seems to favor only newer iOS versions, which makes compatibility feel unnecessarily limited. What frustrates me even more is the iCloud sync design. There is no clear conflict resolution, and the app does not properly inform users about sync status. That makes it very hard to tell whether data is actually safe or up to date. On top of that, there is no separate visible option to enable weather adding, so when the feature fails to initialize, users have no way to troubleshoot it from inside the app. I am writing this as someone who actually likes this app and has donated before.
