## What is Pendo Rental?

Hey landlords, perform detailed move-in and move-out inspections with signed (read: hard to dispute) digital reports. The Pendo™ App puts the rental inspection process in the palm of your hands.

MOBILE APP FEATURES

CONDITION REPORTS: Track the condition and status of every part of your rental property: every room, area, appliance, key is covered.

CONDITION PHOTOS: Instantly add photos and notes to the report as you inspect each room or item. It’s a bit like social media, so you might as well include a selfie while you’re at it. Just kidding… kind of.

DEPOSITS: Calculate and track deposits received or returned at the time of inspection.

DIGITAL SIGNATURES: When you’re done, collect digital signatures from the tenant and the landlord right in the app, so you know everyone’s on the same page.  

REPORT LOCKING: Once signed, digital reports are locked and saved. Tenants can’t modify them (and you can’t lose them). At move-out time there’s nothing to dispute – the final inspection is a breeze.

Can’t even log in and because of this missed the golden window time to do the move in inspection

It’s intended purpose is to facilitate move-in/out inspections but it doesn’t allow me to select the tenant (it’s just a blank page) therefore I cannot move forward in the process. What’s even more disappointing is that the “help” page is also blank.
