## What is PEnergy Battery?

PEnergy Battery is the official companion app for compatible Pure Energy Battery lithium battery packs. Connect over Bluetooth Low
     Energy to monitor pack health, inspect cell-level detail, review protection events, and manage supported BMS parameters from your
     iPhone.

     CORE FEATURES

     - Bluetooth connection to compatible Pure Energy Battery BMS modules
     - Live pack telemetry: total voltage, cell voltages, current, power, state of charge, temperatures, MOS and protection status, and
     balance information
     - Cell-level detail so you can identify weak or imbalanced cells at a glance
     - One-click parameter detection to help surface abnormal or risky settings
     - Supported BMS parameter configuration and battery pack tools
     - Over-the-air firmware updates when new firmware is available for your pack
     - Optional remote assistance: start a session so authorized Energy Products technical support can view live device data and guide
     you through troubleshooting

     WHO IT IS FOR

     PEnergy Battery is designed for battery owners, installers, and service technicians who need reliable pack health data and a fast
     path to official support. It is a professional utility, not a consumer social or entertainment app.

     REMOTE ASSISTANCE

     Remote assistance is initiated by you. When you start a session, authorized support personnel (JStary operations and/or Energy
     Products technical support) can help interpret live telemetry, recommend parameter changes, and guide firmware or configuration
     actions. You can end the session at any time.

     PRIVACY

     No account or sign-in is required. The app does not show third-party advertisements and does not sell personal information.
     Bluetooth is used to communicate with your BMS. Camera and photo access are optional and used only for QR scanning or feedback
     attachments if you choose to submit them.
