3일 동안 무료라고 했는데 그냥 바로 결제돼버리고 심지어 결제가 됐는데 로그인도 되지 않습니다. 해결 부탁드립니다.

앱 내부 로직이 오류가 발생해서 바로 결제가 이루어진 것 같습니다.
현재 전부 수정이 되었으며,

번거로우시겠지만 저희 측에서 직접 환불처리를 못해드려서 아래 사항을 따라주실 수 있을까요?

2. ‘환불 요청’을 선택 후 제출
