It saves me having to call up to check details or log onto my computer when I am on the go. You can call the 24 hour advice line through the app and see all of your advice notes. This is especially useful because you don’t have to ask your HR Expert to send you an email to confirm their advice after a call. You can also see all of your closed cases and any ongoing open queries that you have too. However their new app has taken it to the next level. It’s so convenient for me to open up the app and review the advice I have been given by my HR Expert.
