I’ve downloaded and redownloaded the app, it starts but then just an infinite spinner gif instead of literally anything else. Broken garbage.

Embarrassed as a PH employee and frustrated as a patient. Like other reviews have said, trying to access the portal gets you an endless spinning wheel. Please fix this app.

Most of the time I get a spinning wheel of death and if I do get in, there’s no help and no way to request things and it’s a very poor platform

This app is pretty useless. You CANNOT message your doctor , you CANNOT get refills from your doctor, because there is no place to do that. Also all your medical info is NOT on there. It is 100 % useless. Other places I have received medical care have excellent patient portals with ALL your info and ability to ask drs questions. U can find your lab tests on here and some X-rays but that’s about it. It used to be better on there old website but their new one! They went backwards. Way back!

This portal app and the website access too are simply garbage!!! Never recognizes me. Always says my info is not correct even though I know it is…have to call every time I want to log in to see info. The developers must be new at this!!!
