Just downloaded and im not able to log in after the duo pop up- i just cant click the button to Open Duo Mobile. Help? ### 1/5 — Unable to log in? *2023-06-24* Have tried all the troubleshooting I can— not able to log in with my PennKey. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2023-02-07* I’m unable to log in to the app even after deleting and reinstalling. ### 1/5 — Need to Update *2016-12-18* Every time you open it there's a pop up that says it can't connect to the API, have to click through five or ten times. Crashes all the time, sometimes just doesn't work at all. Sometimes it doesn't have the proper information for a dining hall, or won't show any at all. Just please fix the API and update it so the info's all right and the app stops crashing. ### 2/5 — Needs bug fixing *2020-01-15* I think the recent update did this. App on IPhone 8 doesn’t seem to be functioning or running. It just won’t open. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for this. We released an update with new features for iOS 13 that inadvertently broke the app for users on previous versions of iOS. This will never happen again. Updating the app should resolve the issue. If not, or if you encounter any other issues, please reach out at contact@pennmobile.org. ### 2/5 — Can’t log in *2020-01-11* This app is good and clearly took a lot of work to create. However, it worked great for the first half of fall 2019, then it kept prompting me to log in near the end of that semester. Now, it’s the beginning of spring 2020, and I cannot log in without first checking in as guest, and even then, the app does not save my log in after I exit the app. Please fix the bugs! **Developer response:** Thank you for using the app! There was an issue at the beginning of the semester that caused users to be inadvertently logged out. This has now been fixed, but please let us know if you encounter any other issues! Some (or all) data may be unavailable. Please try again later." Every time you click OK it just pops instantly up again. After like 5 clicks it goes away though and you can use the app. It's mildly annoying and it should be fixed.
