This is 2026 get with the times Penn! ### 1/5 — Faulty App *2025-08-01, version 2.1.0* I have not been able to access my portal in over a year. I have reset my password and still can’t access the app. It’s saying invalid username/password. Additionally they assign an individual customer multiple account numbers instead of assigning a single account number with multiple policies underneath, thereby forcing you to make separate payment for each account and each policy which carry additional processing fees.
