This needs work. All I want to do is pay you and the app doesn’t work. Contacted the help desk and they started telling me how the Mac browser doesn’t work. Yet I have no trouble logging in on my desktop Safari and iPhone Safari and doing my business. I have reset my password and still can’t access the app. It’s saying invalid username/password. Additionally they assign an individual customer multiple account numbers instead of assigning a single account number with multiple policies underneath, thereby forcing you to make separate payment for each account and each policy which carry additional processing fees. It has been very easy to login and move around my account. Plus you can get cards and/or other documents and file a claim.
